Placed an order on flipkart on 3rd Jan which was promised to be delivered on 5th Jan. but it still not delivered. I have spoken to their CC team multiple times but no one is able to resolve my issue - each one of them give different answers and they are not capable of resolving my issue.
There is no option to reach out to flipkart's management either. this has put me under tremendous mental stress.

I tried ordering a product from flipkart on 27th Dec 2023 and paid Rs 3144 for the same but order was not confirmed and after much effort tracking the same with the flipkart team, I was told that money is stuck in gateway and should raise a ticket with my bank for refund.
I was told by my bank as per details below that money is already credited to Flipkart account and customer care are showing helplessness to refund this amount claiming...
