I am running a Flipkart seller account and writing to formally lodge a complaint against Flipkart for an unauthorized charge of ₹17699. that was made to my account for account manager services, which I did not authorize even not activated yet. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, including emails, phone calls, and tweets, there has been no resolution or refund, and my previous communications have largely been ignored, including discussions with their executive Imtiyaz, I have received no satisfactory resolution or refund.
Below are the key details of the issue:
Misleading Information and Activation of Service: I received a call from one of your customer executives who assured me that no payment was required and proceeded to activate a service without my consent. Following this, I was never contacted for any assistance, and no service was provided.
Unauthorized Deduction: Without any prior notification, the charges of ₹17699 were directly deducted from my previous payment. This deduction was made without my approval, and despite raising concerns, no steps were taken to rectify the situation.
Lack of Communication: When I initially requested a refund, I was asked to remain patient, only to be misled repeatedly. My subsequent emails have gone unanswered, and my legitimate concerns were ignored. I have even made multiple complaints and publicly addressed this issue on social media, but there has been no action from there side.
Financial Loss: As a small business owner, this unauthorized deduction and lack of support have caused significant financial hardship. The misleading conduct of your team has further compounded the issue, leading to trust erosion.
Escalation of Issue: Despite my efforts to amicably resolve this issue, I am left with no other option but to escalate it further. As a consumer, my rights have been violated, and this has caused both financial loss and emotional distress.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request the intervention of Jago Grahak Jago to help resolve this matter and ensure that I am refunded the unauthorized amount. I am confident that your esteemed organization will support me in this consumer grievance and help uphold my rights.
