Incident #1:

This is to inform you that product is not getting delivered on expected date, that is today 05-oct-2017 and today i have discuss this issue on call regarding delayed in order with your executive and it is said that the product will be delivered with 2 business day and the product is misroute in same city.

This is very bad and worst experience i am getting from flipkart as every time product is not delivered on said promise date which result in service delivery failure for which flipkart should compensate on this issue.

Also, it is seen as 2 different pincode are mentioned on delivery address which has made this shipment to be misroute in same city.

Kindly remove pin code "mumbai - 400057" from the delivery address.

For your kind perusal, my delivery address is as below:
Gnvs institute of management,
Gtb nagar, sion koliwada (East),
R jaimal singh marg, gtb nagar railway station (East),
Mumbai - 400037.

Kindly delivered my order on above highlighted and underlined address

Incident #2:

It is seen today that my order is misroute again in same city, this is 2nd time the order is getting misroute.

Once it was received at dadarwesthub_mum then why again it is misroute as you can see the latest shipment history till date as below:

worst courier service...my order received at my nearest hub i.e dadarwest hub on 22nd n yet i didn't get it at my address(mahim)...delivery date got delayed from 23rd to 25th and yet there is no update for out for delivery...if you'll can't deliver the product please let the customer know and don't keep them on hopes for their products which they won't receive only...this is the 5th tym happening with me and cz of so much delay n negligence if my product got damaged then i have to go through all this again...worst experience and for sure last order from flipkart...amazon is much better in terms of delivery n courier service
