I have ordered a laptop form flipkart my order id is mentioned above.
It was clearly stated that there should be no physical damage on product to be exchanged (My old laptop).
Delivery man, did not accept my laptop saying it has lost color on account o[censored]se.
He was right there when i called flipkart customer care, person on call said that laptop should be accepted as it is just on account of color and no physical damage is present. I informed him that delivery person is refusing to accept my old laptop and please talk to him, at that time customer representative changed his words saying, if delivery person is refusing then cancel order and create a new order, i even asked him to pay difference of amount to flipkart but he declined,
My call was not transferred to senior authority saying no one is available, then i cut the call (I have complete recording). At that time delivery person started saying that if he takes my laptop he will have to pay 12000 to flipkart and if i am willing to pay him that extra 12000 then only he will deliver me my product (I have already paid for the product on flipkart). He then left with my product with a big smile on his face and said order another laptop.
I am taken aback by this behavior of customer care executive as well as delivery person from ekart.
I have registered a complaint against such behavior on national consumer complaint number. My complaint number is 446658.
I want action against such behavior, and need my product at the same price i was promised. This is clear violation of customer rights.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We interacted with the customer and informed about the order cancellation reason. Refund has been completed hence closing the complaint from our end.
So sir I want justice.I want my product at offer price(Rs 9899) not in current price (Rs12999).
