I have placed an order on 21 sep. Order i'd od[protected]. Which is expected delivery on 25 to 27 sep... Always i received a message regarding out for delivery, but there is no calls by courier agent, also i have mentioned a home address but they don't deliver, now product is returned and not be reinstated by flipkart... I have mailed regarding my product since 27 sep.. But flipkart reply me rest assure sir i have reinstated your product and will be delivered on 4 oct... But on 30 sep i received a message that your product is cancelled... Now you have buy a fresh product... But there is no offer which i have get earlier... How irresponsible they are... Now they are not responding my complain... Here the complain id incident id - in[protected]... Please do something...

      Dear Flupkart team,

      I recently placed an order for a split type AC (Voltas) on September 20' 2017. We received the item on September 26, but I am sorry to tell you that the unit is not working perfectly and I am really disappointed with it. The AC was installed by professionals sent by your team, but the cooling is not efficient.
      I have already spoken with your team as well as the person who came for the installation. But I was not given any satisfactory solution by them. On my part, I have carried out all the steps as prescribed by the person who came for AC installation.

      Further please note that on again calling them for assistant on this matter, they are not ready to come and check the problem.

      I would therefore request you to kindly look into this matter or else get the unit replaced as soon as possible.

        I buy a earphone from flipkart. I got the product but it is defective so i replace than replaced product is also defective. Then i m trying to refund my money they doesn't responses these couriers service also very worst i complaint to may times on c. S. Helpline they me fool for saying 2 days but they doesn't work for it
        Please do something for this take big action on them. I am calling there costumer care about 12-13 times they said within 2 days refund will happen after pickup of defective product but on one comes for pickup... And when they comes for pickup they said that this problem done by flipkart i can't help for it...
        Then said me who will help..???

          I gave ordered 13 bedsheets (Order id: od[protected] which was delivered btw sept 24th and 30th). The first one was delivered at our home while the second one had to be fetched from a place 2km away (Which was okay as it was given as the location for delivery). But for the rest we had to go to angamaly which is nearly 10km away from our home and not at all chosen as the delivery location. Online shopping is meant to be delivered at the chosen point and this delivery had bought a lot of inconvenience. Really upset with the delivery..

                Dear sir,
                I purchased a mobile from flipcart portal for gifting purpose.

                I ordered a mobile (Coolpad note 5 royal gold 32 gb, order no od[protected] on 23 sept & i received my delivery on 27th sept. I made my payment through card.
                When i opened the mobile, i found that the sensor of this mobile are not working. There is option for sensor but the software is not there that why its not working.
                Am also an engineer, i checked it properly but not working.
                On 27th, i sent a request for returned/replacement. Flipcart give me a time slot for discussion on 28th.
                I cleared all my issue to the caller but he is not agree on my points & he is force me that all are right on mobile with out checking any thing.
                Without agree, he gave me the another date 30rd sept for discussion. On 30rd they call me, i hold the call more than 10 min but no one ready to talk to me.
                Now again they give me the date 1st oct.

                Mobile description clearly mentioned the availability of sensor but not working in the product.
                I request, please arrange to return the product asap. My 100% unsatisfied with this product.
                Am agree to buy another mobile/product against this purchase.
                Please do the needful on priority.

                    I had placed an order on 24.09.17 for micromax 32 inch tv in which 3 offers were available: a promotional offer, an exchange offer, and sbi card instant discount offer. The first two offers were applied and i paid through sbi debit card for availing the sbi card offer of rs 1500 instant discount but the sbi card offer was not made available to me whereas i was meeting all the conditions given in the offer. I had even contacted customer care also before making payment and i was assured that the discount of 1500 will be made available to me after making the payment. However, the full amount was debited and the rs 1500 discount was not given. I requested flipkart through email to provide the discount/cash back to me as promised by the customer care executive on 24.09.17, while making payment to flipkart.

                    I have sent several emails and also contacted customer care but no relevant reply has been received. Only auto generated resposes are being recieved with no relevance to the complaint.

                    Are the offers advertised only for luring the prospective customers and not actually providing them to the customers? This clearly amounts to trade malpractices. I should be refunded rs 1500 against using the sbi debit card as it was advertised on the product.

                      I had on line purchased luggages from american tourister

                      Promised to be delivered on "03 oct"
                      Despite my conversation with the courier and apprising him of my absence till the promised date which was 03 oct the delivery has been cancelled by the courier.
                      Worse when i spoke
                      With customer care and subsequently with some senior manager ms. Pooja i am told its fate accomplie and place a new order.
                      This is breech of contract and forgery as i had availed tbe sale and the rates have now fluctuated.
                      Secondly how can the order be cancelled without my consent. The feedback from customer is not obliging but mandatory.
                      This is appalling and unprofessional and if this is your "billion day" sale trust me you @ flipkart have chosen the wrong person.
                      Please facilitate the delivery by tomorrow else i would not hesitate legal action.

                          I bought redmi note 4 from flipkart on 21/09/2017 in big billion day sale. The phone was delivered to me on 22/09/2017. The phone has unstable display. Does weird things on its own. When i open any app, it selects options on it's own, scroll ups and down on it's own, flicker and does weird things on it's own. For example if i open google chrome and search something on google, after few seconds it start opening links on its on, goes back, scroll up and down, blink, flicker etc. It happens with almost all apps. If i open some app where i have to type text, it becomes difficult to type because the screen is constantly changing. First i thought it may be software issue and will go after update. But when phone updated itself and even after update the problem continued, i filed return request at flipkart. Flipkart called me same day and promised me that do fastboot once and use for phone 24 to 48 hours and if still gives problem, they will accept my return request. But from that day flipkart is just doing timepass. I remind them everyday on twitter and the reply i get that we are working on it and you will get call or email etc. I have come to know flipkart is fooling me. I have read similar complaints about redminote4 here. It looks flipkart is selling defective redminote4. I want refund

                          I resolved it by doing hard/factory reset. Flipkart called me after 6 days. But before they called me, I solved my problem by taking help from forums. Flipkart called me after I had already solved the problem. Stress of 6 days gone now.

                            I have ordered a samsung 108cm (43 inch... With order id od[protected] from flipkart on 22nd september using my debit card. Initially flipkart provided the delivery date on 25th september. But they didn't deliver the product as per their promise. I called several times to their customer care but they are extending the delivery date day by day. Wherever they are updating a fake message in product status section as "no response from customer side". I have raised complain regarding this fake messages to them but they didn't take any corrective action against it. Today is 30th sep still the product is not yet delivered to me.
                            I have invested lump some money on this and my money have been blocked from so much days so i need compensation for this from flipkart.

                                Sir i have booked a mobile about 7 days back (Lenovo k8 plus) during flipkart sale days (Booked on 24 sep 17) as i have done a payment through debit card of rs 8099.00, as flipkart does not mention at any place that if phone is not deliver on time they will cancel the order they have taken the money & kept with them for 7 days after 7 days they have told me that ur order is cancel due to phone not avilable. Why u r refering a sale when u have no products. I have talked to mr sudherashan who told me that i m flipkat's manager. Now they r giving my money back but why these offers are given and why these orders have taken if they do not have phone.

                                  On 21st sep 2017 i have ordered acer gaming laptop helios g3-572 from flipkart on big billion day offer for rs 74, 990/- order # od[protected] which was actually advertised for rs.59, 990 through out by flipkart. At the time of booking the price was changed to rs 74, 990/- so i booked for rs 74, 990/- and paid full amount through internet banking. On 26th sep 2017, i got the info on track orders that my shipment is "undelivered due to shipment damaged". When i contacted customer care i was informed that my delivery will be done by 29th sep 2017. But on 29th sep 2017, i received a call at 6.05 pm from flipkart customer care saying that the shipment was damaged and the product is out of stock now. So there is no option other than cancelling the order and the order got cancelled from their end. At that time when i checked the flipkart the product was out of stock as mentioned by them so i agreed for cancellation. But after 2 hours when i checked the same product was seen to be on flipkart. From that it is to be clearly make out that flipkart and retailnet seller is making fools of their customers understanding the demand of the product. Also they are asking 10 days time for the refund. I request you to take action for this fraud and provide me with the laptop which i have ordered.

                                    We are pleased order on 19th august 2017 of silverwala 999 pure silver astavinayak ganesha darshan photo frame (14*12) showpiece - 1.5 cm my order no. Od[protected] the above order item is received in damaged condition, seller not send proper packing so my item is damaged after i have requested for same day for replace then seller sent wrong product very small pack so i have rejected, sellercalled me and ask next item is not available and will be available after 4 to 5 month, then i have requested for refund, filpcart customer care says now your 10 days replacement is over,
                                    Please let me if flipcart is not sent correct product & they also have not in stock so what is my mistake... Please replace another or please suggest us what to do... Such a wrost service from flipcart, one supervisor spoke with me in wrost language. Even i am requiting to replace the product. Such a wrost service which i never ever seen in my life..

                                      Mailed/Asked Ecom express 3 times to call on mobile number of mine -

                                      I need this product at any cost, that's wrong and cheating !
                                      They should deliver the same product(School trolley bag) at same price, as now price has been approx. 800 Rs more for that product.

                                        I am unable to reach any of the customer care officer so i am writing these letter. Some month back i have purchased sennheiser cx-213 earphones. But now one side is not working and other side is also in a bad condition. You have given me 2 year warranty. Kindly help me to get it replaced. I always prefer flipkart over all for its services. But first i am getting disappointed as i am not able to approach the company.
