Flipkart — Complaint for Wrong Product Delivery wrong image mention on website

I ordered HJG Light (also shown as ZULUSTYL 4 Lens LED) on Flipkart, but I received a completely different product named Bao Bao Light.

This is a case of wrong delivery and misleading advertisement under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

I request:

Replacement with the correct product or a full refund.

₹5, 000 compensation for inconvenience, time loss, and mental harassment.

Action against the seller to prevent such issues.

If not resolved within 7 days, I will escalate this to the National Consumer Helpline and the Consumer Court.
