[Resolved]  Flipkart — Complaint is about the shoes which I ordered on 16th June

Ordered shoes on 16th June and did the payment of 597 rupees. The delivery date was 23rd of June. On 23rd it showed that the product was delivered but I didn't receive any product. Since then I have been calling on the customer care, all they say is that there is AN INVESTIGATING TEAM which is investigating about the issue. First they gave me the date till 29th of June and again when I called on 29th, they said it will take another 72 hours. I called on 3rd of July, again they said the same thing. Till today (7th July), neither have I received any update on that soo called INVESTIGATION BY THEIR INVESTIGATING TEAM nor have I received any refund. Will it take forever to investigate about those shoes?? Is it my fault that I didn't receive the product?? Would this had happened if I had selected CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION??? WHY I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS UNCERTAINTY???
