[Resolved] Flipkart — complaint on non delivery of sofa on 2nd floor | |||||
I booked a sofa on flipkart 1 month back and paid for it online. Today they call and say as i stay in the 2nd floor they cant deliver it on the 2nd floor?? Why was this not mentioned while ordering.in that case i would not have ordered it from flipkart!!! Worst service! What am i suppose to do now? Change my house so that flipkart can deliver??? I purchased ipro power bank 2 months back and now it is not working, and I am not able to find any service centre who can fix it, why flipkart is selling such rubbish product on their site and not taking care of customer. Totally insane

I ordered a phone. in which speaker is not working properly at same day. I misplace my slip. I also forget my registered id. when i call with my registered mobile no to customer care. reply for that no is that no doesnot exist. when i call to another no the customer care not help me
