[Resolved]  Flipkart — complaint raising on ifb company product

My name is dr. Vinay kumar mds, we have ordered a product called ifb fully
Automatic washing machine 7kg on sep 23rd 2017, order id
(Od[protected] and the product was delivered on 28th sep 2017. But
The installation has not done yet, daily we are calling to flipkart and ifb
Customer care centers for the installation. They are taking our complaints
But not coming to do the installation and more over the installation
Persons forcing us to take washing machine cover and stand to do the
Installation otherwise they are not interested to come also.

We have spoken to flipkart customer care they are saying us not to refund
The money and only replacement policy is there that to if any defect on the
Product.
And also they are saying that they cannot cross their terms, conditions and
Policies to refund the money or replacement of another company product.

Actually the product has to install within 10 days of delivery according to
Flipkart terms and policy. How we know the defect if not installed. We
Have no trust on ifb company service any more. This is not one day used
Product if any problem we faced in future then we should wait for 1 yr to
Resolve that issue and at that time flipkart will not support us on the
Warranty of this product they simply say call to ifb customer care to
Resolve the issue you are facing. We are not at all happy on ifb company
Products any more.

1. Ifb company is worst and we don't want the installation now and we need
My money back to my flipkart wallet or

2. Replacement with another company washing machine except ifb company.

Please take an action and make us happy with refund or replacement of
Another company washing machine. Otherwise we are very serious on this
Issue and we will file a complaint on flipkart.

Moreover for your information the same day we have ordered the godrej ac
From amazon site it was installed in the next day and we are very happy on
Amazon products and the service they have taken care of customers. If we
Dont like any product they will ready to refund my money back happily.

Dear Flipkart Team,

It was already 48 hours over and what is the status now. How much time you people need to escalate and resolution? should we have to wait for 1 year or what?
I need the resolution immediately otherwise i will file a case seriously and i will upload in all the social media sites. My patience is over and this is the last chance for the Flipkart.

The IFB installation persons called us 30 times in 1 hour yesterday for installation of the washing machine, but we don't need the installation and we need only return and replacement of another company product that was already mentioned in the previous mail. But still the IFB service people called us so many times this is not the right way.

Before calling us please read the previous mail 100 times and call us. Just now i have got a call from flipkart and saying again for same installation only not the return and replacement.

Since one month IFB service persons are sleeping but yesterday they have waked up and called us 30 times in 1 hour because they feared of returning the product. In future if we get any problem they wont come to resolve the issue so we don't have any trust on IFB company and we don't encourage any IFB company products.

I need my money back to my flipkart wallet or replacement of another company product ASAP.

We don't need your apologize any more.

Please don't call us for the installation any more.

Dont ask IFB service people to call us to do the installation. It was very irritating because we are very busy with the work and they are calling us so many times.
