Flipkart — Complaint regarding delivery of a used and unhygienic product by Flipkart and refusal to resolve the issue.

I ordered a Philips trimmer from Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected]. The product was delivered to me on 25Jun 2025. However, the delivery agent refused to hand over the package for inspection and only showed that the product was inside the outer package. After he left, I opened the box and was shocked to find that the product was clearly used — it had hair stuck inside the blades, indicating prior usage. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.

I immediately contacted Flipkart customer care and requested a return. While initially, a return request was accepted, it was later rejected without any proper reason. No technician visited my place, yet the system shows that a technician checked the product and found everything "OK" — which is absolutely false.

When I followed up again, the Flipkart support agent misbehaved with me and showed no interest in helping. Now they are telling me to contact the service center, which is not acceptable — because the product is used, not defective. A used product should never be delivered in the first place, and the seller should take full responsibility. I also tweeted on social account with the trimmer image where it was clearly showing used.

This is a clear case of:

Unfair trade practice
Delivery o[censored]nhygienic/used goods
Mental harassment and poor customer support

Therefore, I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly take strict action against Flipkart and direct them to:

Issue a full refund or replacement with a fresh, sealed product immediately.
Apologize for the inconvenience and misbehaviour.
Pay compensation for the mental harassment and time wasted in follow-ups.
