Where fulfilling all the terms and conditions, i have to wait and request you for resolution. I have also contacted your customer care team with incident no.- in[protected]. As per your terms and conditions, customers, who submit the application form for flipkart axis bank credit card through your app and approved by axis bank are eligible for an additional rs 500 flipkart gift voucher if the whole process is completed between 25th july, 2020 to 31st august, 2020. I applied for that card through flipkart app in the first week of august, 2020 and my card was generated on 20th august, 2020 and i received the physical card on 24th august, 2020. But till date with repeated mail, i do not get that additional flipkart gift card of rs 500, whereas axis bank kept their promise by sending me a rs 500 gift card on the day after my first transaction. It is very unhealthy, non professional behaviour that i have received from flipkart, though not expected. I am not begging you something.
