I, Balu, have been a loyal customer of Flipkart since 2007. My account is linked to the email ID balraj.[protected]@gmail.com and was last associated with the phone number [protected], which is currently inactive. Recently, I attempted to update my account with my new phone number, [protected]. However, the system requires OTP verification sent to the old number, which I no longer have access to.

All orders placed through my Flipkart account using the old number are under my name and address, but this issue has caused significant inconvenience and difficulty in managing my orders and account.

Despite repeatedly contacting Flipkart customer care, I have not received any effective solution. The customer service response has been limited to stating that no changes can be made on their end.

This situation is unacceptable, and I request urgent intervention to update my contact details on Flipkart for seamless access to my account and order management.

Please consider this as a formal consumer complaint and help resolve my issue promptly.
