I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Nokia 216 DS mobile phone (Order ID: OD[protected] purchased from your platform.
After receiving the product, Device's speaker and microphone was not working. So I contacted Nokia customer support to address this issue. I was informed by the brand that the Nokia 216 DS model is not supported for use in India, and may not function as intended with Indian networks or services. This is extremely concerning, as the product was listed and sold on Flipkart without any clear disclaimer or warning about regional incompatibility.
This raises two serious issues:
Misrepresentation of the product on Flipkart’s platform.
I request the following:
An immediate explanation of why a regionally unsupported product was listed for sale in India.
A full refund and return of the product at no cost to me.
Assurance that such incidents will be prevented in the future.
I have attached a copy of the communication from Nokia confirming that the model is not supported in India.
Looking forward to a swift and fair resolution.
