Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart for a false delivery update and failure to resolve my grievance.
I had placed an order for a carrom board on Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected]]) on [[protected]]. However, I did not receive the product, even though the order status in the application shows it as "Delivered" on [[protected]].
I immediately contacted Flipkart customer support regarding this issue, but my complaint was not registered. They stated that the complaint window had expired, which is unfair since the product was never delivered to me in the first place.
This situation has caused me financial loss and inconvenience. Marking an undelivered product as delivered and refusing to address the issue is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I request you to kindly take appropriate action against Flipkart and help me get either:
A full refund of the order amount, or
Immediate delivery of the product.
I am attaching all relevant documents, including order details, payment proof, and screenshots of the delivery status.
I hope for a prompt resolution of my complaint.
