Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent purchase of a television worth ₹20, 000 from Flipkart. Despite repeated follow-ups and social media complaints, the following issues remain unresolved:
Installation Pending: It has been 13 days since delivery, yet the TV has not been installed. This amounts to deficiency of service, as the product is unusable without installation.
Warranty Misrepresentation: I purchased a 2-year extended warranty plan, but my Flipkart account shows only 1-year coverage. This is misleading and constitutes unfair trade practice.
Customer Support Failure: Despite raising complaints via Flipkart Support and Twitter/X, no effective resolution has been provided.
Relief Sought:
Immediate installation of the product.
Correction of warranty period to reflect the 2-year extended plan purchased.
Compensation for harassment and inconvenience caused due to delay and misrepresentation.
