I had placed an order with Flipkart on 17 August 2025 . Later I cancelled that order. I had paid for that order thru Google Pay(Infinix Micro USB Cable 2 A 1 m, 18 Watt…..)But Flipkart is claiming it has issued a refund amount being Rs.150. But till today I have not got the refund. I checked with the bank(sbi). They are saying they have not got the money. Flipkart not ready to pay saying all sorts of excuses. I waited till today. But no...

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my prepaid order for a washing machine placed on 1st October 2025. At the time of purchase, the product was promised to be delivered by 7th October 2025. However, as of today, the item has not even been shipped, and I have received no meaningful updates on the delay.

Despite multiple follow-ups, your customer support team has only asked me to wait for another 48 hours each...

I had purchased the Samsung M36 5G mobile phone around Dussehra for my 74-year-old mother, as her existing phone was malfunctioning. The product was delivered on the evening of September 30th. However, by the evening of October 4th, the phone’s speaker had already started malfunctioning. I raised a return/replacement request on October 6th, expecting timely support and resolution. I had ordered my laptop on october 17 2025 with flipkart and was promised that it would be delivered before diwali but i have not yet recieved it and just postponing the dates and while tracked it had come to my nearest hub yelahanka and again went off to some other place .These ekart is a fraud company. I placed an order on October 5th, 2025, and it was shipped by Shadowfax (Tracking ID: SF[protected]F).
The item reached Alappuzha delivery hub on October 18th and even went out for delivery on October 19th, but it was marked “Delivery unsuccessful”.

Since then, no further update or delivery has been made. The status only says “Retrying soon” and “Expected by 21st Oct”, but I have already waited over two weeks...

Poor and bad service from flipkart. I received defective product motorola qled. Got delayed delivery. Installation person came 2 days late. At the time of installation, the person told me that, product is faulty and defective and he sent photos to that effect. Thereafter I called flipkart customer care and told that product is defective at the time of installation.

I had ordered a water purifier, but I received an old and used product. I shared the photos with Flipkart, and they initially offered a ₹1, 023 refund for the scratches, which I did not accept. After that, they agreed to provide a replacement.

However, my main concern is that the actual product should be fulfilled by Omnitech Retail, but the one I received was delivered by Consulting Rooms Pvt. Ltd., which raises doubts about...

I placed an order on Flipkart on 10-10-25 with expected delivery by 12-10-25. The order is stuck at Ekart logistics hub "Motherhub_SAI_4" and has shown no tracking movement for the past 3 days.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my pending refund for the cancelled order.

I have contacted PNB Bank, and they have clearly informed me that no refund has been received or processed from Flipkart’s end for this transaction. The bank has advised me to get in touch directly with Flipkart to resolve the issue.

It has been over 10 days since the cancellation, yet I have not received the refund...

I had ordered a Livguard tubular inverter battery with my credit card, but the order was canceled by Flipkart (reason: the seller was unable to restock the item). Then why is Flipkart promising fee collecting for all orders, and why is it listing not available stock products? That product price is currently 11062; the price was increased by 2423. Now the same product was in stock on Flipkart....

Hi team,
I have purchased the crompton water geyser in flipkart on 25th September 2025, till now I have not received the product nor they are return the amount.
Customer support doesn’t have any information and saying we have escalated the issue and it will get resolved.
Every day they are changing the resolution date without any proper justification.
It’s king of harassment by not delivering the product...
