[Resolved] Flipkart — Complaint Regd Moto G 2nd Gen | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased a MotoG Second Gen for my daughter on 02 or 03 Nov 14. Ref vide contact phone no [protected] on the Snigdha Bhatia. This phone became u/s on 01 Feb and given to Ser Centre at Visakhapatnam (AP) for repair within warranty. The Service Centre is not able to make it serviceable nor Motorola is responding to my repeated request. Kindly help me out as my daughter is without a handset since last 20 days and no relief. Also how to file a case against the Co in Consumer Court for this type of non responsiveness.
