Purchased flipkart complete protection scheme while purchasing redmi note 7 And they assured me that the plan covers all accidental damages. Their customer care executive assured me this includes the back glass panel also (Have chat details on the app), but now they are denying the claim saying body damages are not included in the scheme and then after providing them the chat sessions mentioned above there is no response from their part.
