Flipkart — Consumer cheated | |||||
I placed an order of a redmi 3s prime silver 32 gb on[protected] and paid Rs.8999. it worked fine for about 6 months and suddenly its display seems to be black day by day.so, i decided to go mi service center in kalkaji they told that display has been already changed. I feel cheated by flipkart. I have contacted the customer care executive but received no help from that end.I was assured to get a call in 24 hours but there had not been any call. Verified Support Jul 10, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Called the customer on 9560****16, said him that we will not be able to help him out on this as it has crossed 10 days replacement policy. Customer agreed and said he will check wit his friends. Closing the complaint from our side.
