Flipkart — Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers are protected against unfair trade practices

I have placed order Samsung s24 FE in flipkart on 06/04/2025 where the price was constant untill delivery price was ₹41999/. i have payed 99 extra for flipkart for Secure Packaging Fee
when the Order was delivery on 08/04/2025 around 3 PM And in same day around 7 pm price was at ₹40999 it decrease to ₹1000 rupees
In early morning 09/04/2025 at 7 o clock when i open flipkart portal price was ₹39, 999 with in 12 hrs price has got decreased to ₹2000
i have spoken to regarding price Difference issue they are not ready to refund ₹2000

Additionally, there have been cases where e-commerce platforms were directed to compensate consumers for unfair practices, such as failing to deliver a product as promised.
