my complaint is against the courier service (first flight), which flipkart uses to courier products in Gangtok.pin no.737101.
I received my item after 6 days of it reaching to the courier company and my shipping address is abt 1 km away from the company. At first they called me to collect my item which I directly denied because I cannot leave my work in the office unfinished. They then said they'll send the item tomrow(which never came). They first called me on Wednesday, n then on Friday, saying I have to come by myself to collect my item. We don't get time to go out of the office and collect our courier. and I think it is their duty to bring the item to us.I had to call more than 30 times, n They brought the item half way.
my suggestion is that either you stop using the courier service for pin code 737101. Or you tell them to do their job properly.
I believe there are other companies like DTDC, Indian post, etc which deliver our products to us and fast.
