Flipkart — Customer service

I ordered phone from flipkart and my order id is OD[protected]. While placing the order I choose the option of fast delivery(delivery by Sunday) with extra charges of 60 rps. But the phone didn't arrived on Sunday.. daahh.. poor customer service but that was tolerant till that point. on next day the delivery guys arrived with phone and asked us to pay those extra charges. The amount was less but it was unfair to ask for those extra charges. when we refused to pay, he took that phone with himself and said to order it again. now i want to resolve this complain but there is no customer executive number available. Flipkart Sucks.
