I have recently ordered a laptop from flipkart order no "OD[protected] " although it seems to be sealed but its internal battery was missing and also it has warranty of 3 years which has already in place form july 2014. flipkart says that they sell 100% genuine product but i don't feel so. They are cheating customers. Thanks, Dinesh

    I have ordered a MI 4 on 16th october 2015 on flipkart and they have shipped it on 25th october through delhivery courier and i have already paid the amount. I t arrived at my city 2 days ago but courier service is not moving my order and flipkart customer care repeating the same answer again and again ' soon soon' soon never comes, who in the world would wait for an order for 15 days, i would have imported the same phone at much lower price from usa in mean time, flikart service is pathetic and delhivery courier service is crazy and driving me nus from 15 days because it was very urgent and i was post poning my out station plan since i would fear i will miss d order. I request concern authorities to take requested action on this fraud companies.

      bluedart tracking page shows that my address is incorrect which is not true.I got no call from anyone to deliver my order.It got cancelled on 23rd oct without even contacting me and that i will get a refund.but till date i got no refund.In COD you people do the refund process within a week but why is this delay in my case.This is mental harassment.

        Hi Have palced an order for Lenovo K3 Note on big billion day. Order ID : OD[protected]

        I have availed two types of discount in this order:
        1) Direct Discount (big billion day off and Citi bank credit card off), 1525 INR
        2) Exchanging old mobile phone Canvas A110Q for 2000 INR

        This Makes a total discount of 3525 INR. So final amount I have paid is 6524 INR[protected]

        At the time of delivery, the ekart logistic Delivery person named Vishal denied to take the exchange because of his own misunderstanding than the product is not same as per name stated in his sheet. He says that product mentioned in the sheet is Canvas 2+ and your product is Canvas 2 which is different, though in reality product is actually the same canvas 2+ (A110Q) with same IMEI number as mentioned in order.
        He misunderstood because the flip-cover on the mobile phone was of Canvas2, which I have tried to explain but he denied to deliver the product and exchange the old one.

        At the same day I raised the complaint regarding the same and Flipkart CC assured me that your order will not cancel and we will provide u the resolution by 30th October. IN[protected]. However though I have raised the issue the order get cancelled by evening and refund has been initiated.

        After 2 days of talk with customer care, the guy finally understood that the issue is because of Flipkart only and said me to reorder the product again with full payment and as a resolution they agreed to provide the same discount as refund of INR 1525 and will also apply the 2000 INR off for exchange and asked me to call CC post ordering the product. CC executive name was "Atul".

        As agreed, I placed the order again with full amout payment of INR 9999 and called the CC again to raise the incident ticket for discount and exchange offer.
        They have taken the Request. Request number for the same is : IN[protected]

        However today the CC executive named "Noor" called me and said we have refunded the 1525 rs amount in ur wallet and cnt process the exchange request because right now there is no exchange offer running and talked so rudely that what ever you have to do do it we will not provide you exchange offer.

        Even I have tried to explain her repeatedly that last order was cancelled due to flipkart delivery channel issue and not from my side, even after raising the issue order was cancelled last time and anyways I already had an hour long discussion with flipkart customer care regarding the same thing and they were agreed that I will get both discount and exchange on my new order as issue was created by Flipkart.

        Please look into this and provide me both the offers else it will be a fake big billion day.

        Customer states he exchanged the product (Canvas 2) at the time of order. FE misunderstood and ask the customer to handover (canvas 2+) product so that he can deliver the fresh order and we cancelled the product. Later, he raised an issue regarding the same, we ask the customer to place fresh order will provide the same offer. Customer agreed (OD[protected] we have provided discount amount to his wallet, but did not add exchange offer. Customer irate and raised a complaint in consumer complaints. Kindly get back to us with how the offer applicable for the above mentioned product.

        I didn't understood the last line which I pasted above!!

        However, I am quite irritated now calling customer care numerous times. Same time I have to start explaining from scratch, Before placing the fresh order Customer Care Executive give me confirmation after an hour long discussion that, both discount and exchange will be provided. I have asked that guy to please update this commitment in the Service Request so that I do not have to explain and convince it next time when I call.

        But as I mentioned Post placing the fresh order Flipkart denied me to provide the exchange though they except their mistake.

        I will like to re state that in the initial order exchange product was the same model Micromax Canvas A110Q, There is no difference in the model, IMEI, working condition, etc. Its just the misunderstanding of the Logistic Department delivery boy. And As I have proactively raised this issue with flipkart immediately and mentioned that as issue is from flipkart I don't want cancellation, still order get cancelled vary next day without my consent. Hence, I must be provided the same offer in any case.

        Please explain where I am wrong in this whole case? Else provide me the same offer.

        I am a regular customer of Flipkart and never faced any issue before. But, by this act Flipkart might create a negative image from my perspective.

        Please feel free to call me in case you have valid justification or resolution for the same and not for saying that "exchange offer is not there me cant provide you now, though i understand issue is because o[censored]s".

        Why Flipkart not replying??
        I have again raised two complaints with flipkart for this for with they have told me that the resolution will be provided by 4th Nov and 5th Nov respectively.

        Today is 07th Nov and there is no response from flipkart.

        Please flipkart don't be fraud. Respond else the company already in bad books of people and this attitude will not let you up in future.

          Tracking number FMPC[protected] Seller for the earphone was Wave enterprises I had ordered a bob marly earphone at the time of delivery i did the payment and asked the delivery boy to wait untill i see that i have got the right product when i opend the parcel there was a jbl earphone and the qualit of that showed that that was duplicate i showed those to the delivery boy he told please return them to flipkart again when i did so they told me they cant replace the product insted take back the product and give money

            Hi, I am waiting hear from flipkart from last 45days. We are experiencing charging problem with our tab and we were in warranty period when we approached flipkart regarding the problem. They have guided us to visit a near by service center in Hyderabad, after visiting the service center, I came to know that there is no active service center in Hyderabad from last 4 months. I have approached flipkart informing the same and requested to expedite the solution. We have received a mail communication to registered mail address saying that the problem we mentioned doesn't come under warranty and we have to go for paid service. no information/update on service center. We have reached flipkart saying that, we are ready for paid service and all we need is a service center near by location or a pick up facility. As the issue escalated to higher level they have promised to resolve the issue on or before 30th sept. till now we haven't hear anything from flipkart.             We've already informed the customer to visit ASC as per yonyx details (Sri Vinayaka Electronics 5-8-344/1, D.B.MANOHAR COMPLEX, CHIRAG ALI LANE, Near Medwin Hospital, Next to SBI. Abids, Hyderabad, Telangana- 500001). Customer states ASC is a inactive. Even we tried calling the same but we are unable to contact. Kindly look into it on top priority and get back to us with an update.

            Received a call from flipkart yesterday saying that the mentioned service center is active again. and asked me to contact service center on[protected]. This number is always busy or out reachable. Waiting for update from flipkart.

              Samsung 24H4003 60 cm (24) LED TV bought from Flipkart with the order number Order ID: OD[protected] got blasted on 25/10/2015 ruining the house and the household items.A single lady suffering from pancreatic disease was staying alone in the apartment.This incident took place when she was out for job. Orelse it would have been fatal.The whole house is filled with toxic gas.Even after calling 25-30 times to flipkart and waiting for 2 days, a person from Flipkart Investigation team came and even he was shocked seeing the condition.He assured he will help his maximum to get us justice.But today, we received a call from him saying he forwarded all the reports to flipkart twice and he didn receive any response back. Its not just about the money or the items, Its just cause of gods grace the person is still alive. They havent started any processing so far and is trying to skip this case. Necessary compensation should be done and claim should be done

                I have ordered a whirlpool washing machine on 14th of october. They arrange shipment for the product on 18th october. But still I didn't receive the product. And the deadline for delivery of the product is 25th october"15. What can I do in this position. The product has been given for a discounted price on that big billion day for Rs.25, 740. Usual price would be Rs.30, 000 and above.
                The product is shipped via safexpress courier and the tracking number is 84076018.
                My order ID for this product in flipkart is OD[protected].

                If they cant deliver the product I want the same product should be delivered with the same price. Or else, I need the refund amount including the promotions & coupons I have applied for. Not only it is enough for me though I have waited for almost 15 days by expecting the product. So if they returning the money back to me kindly get me the amount of MRP price of that product which is Rs.32, 750.

                  THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR MOBILE BUYERS !!! FLIPKART CHEATED ME !!! Guys Please Dont Purchase mobile phones from flipkart !!! As Flipkart? says for 30 days replacement !! But terms and conditions has not been mentioned as i buyed (Order ID: OD[protected] Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML(Silver, With 2 GB RAM, With Full HD Display, With 16 GB) on 2nd big billion sale now i am facing issues like software error issue, heating issue and battery back up issue. Flipkart customer care(Raj):- says you have to install a app called (SmartChk) that will diagnosis your phone by online which you need internet connection to do so. After that only i can process your replacement request or goto service center of asus they will provide you DOA (Defect on Arrival) certificate.Here in rourkela no service center of asus. He also stated that he spoke with Fed-ex person and they informed him that the product will be delivered tomorrow and later when he checked with them they are saying that the product is delivered to him. But he has not received the product. Hence informed him that we will follow-up on the same and get back with an update. Customer agreed.

                      This is a complaint that i am making in regards to the harendous & Appauling cusotmer service that I have recieved from Flipkart . To start with, I had ordered an MI2 Handset from Flipkart on 12/05/2015, the phone worked fine for 3 months after which it started giving me a lot of problems, called up flipkart who explained me their return policies and asked me to visit the service Centre of MI phones . I took a day off to visit one of the most pathetic Service centres located in Noida Sector 18, wherein I was initially told that i have pay an amout to get my phone repaired as there was an external fault although nothing as such had happened, on arguing with them they finally agreed to get my phone repaired for free but gave a turn around time of a month which came as a surprise to me . I then called up FlipKart and got the adress of another service centre located in Vikas Marg in Lakshmi Nagar, people at this centere were a bit decent, but stated that I have to deposit my phone for 15 days as there was a software problem, i had to give my phone as had no option. Got my phone bac which worked fine for a week but again had the same problem, I cant keep on visiting the service centres again and again, so called up Flipkart requesting them to get me a replacement phone as I had already visitied the service centres in twice witin 6 months from the date of purchese of a new phone ., The horrible cusotmer service of Flipart kept on explaining me their poliies, on getting this esclated, i was made to speak to a supervisor and then a floor manager who promised me that he has esclated the case an i would get a call from a team in the next 24 hours, A week has passed and I havent heard anything from anyone from Flipkart, i am tired of visiting service centres to get my phone fixed, I dont have an extra phone which is again creating a big problem, I feel I am being cheated, paid Rs 7000 to such a renowned Brand trusting that I would get a reliable product, but all in vain . All I want is get this phone replaced, I am ready to pay an extra amount and get this phone replaced with any other phone as well, If my request is not handled, i would definaltey share this bad experience from flipkart on all social sites and would definaltely ask all my friends and family not to order anything from Flipkart as the services are pathetic, the cusotmer service is pathetic, they dont care for their cusotmers . If flipkart has a little care about their customers and if someone would like to contackt me on this with a resolution, i can be contacted on my cell phone [protected]

                        In may 2015 I bought an onida fully automatic washing machine from flipkart. In a month it started getting stuck on any one of its cycles. Since it was in warranty I complained several times to onida company . Technician visited and said part has to be changed but the company was not able to provide that part . Its now 4 months I am facing problem and everyday contacting incharge of service center and flipkart . But they are not resolving my problem.

                          I had ordered one wrist watch order id OD[protected] order number.. this flipkart cart people sent me watch without glass. i think they don't have eyes or they are cheating to the costumer. and now thy are telling it will take two weeks to get exchange...i will post this issue in face book to don't buy product from flipkart...

                            I have purchased moto x play under big billion day exchange offer. i have read all T&C of exchange there was mentioned that phone should be in working condition but nothing mentioned about physical damage. I've got mail from flipkart there was also nothing about physical damage. When i call customer care they told me its "common sense". Person who came to pick the phone has nothing in written from flipkart that phone should not be physically damaged. My phone's screen is crack but touch is working fine which was even verified by courier person. If you people dont want to physical damaged phone, mention that in your T&C. This was the T&C: " Important things to remember: STEP 1: Ready for pickup Please ensure that the old-item that you have promised is ready for pickup. If old-item requires uninstallation, we request you to get it done before the scheduled delivery. If you have opted for uninstallation services while placing the order, an engineer will visit you for the same, post which pickup will happen. If possible provide us original box or else a suitable box in which product can be safely transported back to us. Do not seal the package as the contents will be verified, packed and sealed by our Courier Executive. STEP 2: Sign Declaration Form Courier executive will give you a declaration form, which confirms the details of the old item and also confirms that you are handing over old item as part of exchange offer. Please sign the Declaration form and return it back to the Courier Executive. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Please retain the acknowledgment slip (Proof Of Delivery) provided by courier partner, for future reference.                               (HP15-af114AU Notebook (AMD Quad core A8/4gb/1tb/win19)): i had purchased this product which was delivered to my house four days ago. I bought it after exchanging my existing dell laptop (which was far better than this new one) for Rs 6000. However on using it, I found the product to be way disappointing with very poor performance for all the claims made on the website. The touchpad was very difficult and jerky to navigate, the computer took a long time to even start functioning once switched on, it refused to read my external hard disk three out of four times. Immediately on the same day I lodged a return request (the product is eligible for a 30 day return). However since then flipkart has been very uncooperative and harrassing me needlessly. I have sent them numerous mails requesting that they send someone to take away their substandard product and return my laptop and refund the money. But all my mails have received is a reply that always starts with 'i understand your concern' . It has been four days since then and I am being put through extreme inconvenience as all my work is stuck without a laptop to function on. I am leaving for a official trip in another 2 days and I don't even have a system to work on.

                                Hi, In the image on website, the MRP is mentioned as Rs. 3000/- which is a big lie and on that they are providing 26% off, after which the price is still more than the MRP. Attached the picture of the MRP on the box which is Rs.1899/-. I have paid Rs.2200/- through my credit card. As per the law no one can charge more than MRP from the customer.

                                  I ordered Product from Flipkart. It is very shameful
                                  that you cancelled my order without even consulting me and initiated
                                  refund. And on raising complain for that your person is telling me that
                                  your Fast Track team will be calling me in next 24 Hours. And see the
                                  Flipkart crooks you people are that you guys have closed my complain
                                  without even contacting me. And when I am calling you back for the status
                                  your person are telling rudely that I have to reorder the product thats
                                  all. As if some type of game is going on where in I have to place order and
                                  you guys will cancel that. Such is the worst, services Flipkart has
                                  to offer. I will never order again anything from Flipkart and will make
                                  sure that my friends and colleagues will not order the same.

                                  Will circulate same experience everywhere on social forums and on company
                                  portals.

                                    Hi, My Lenovo A6000+ is getting very very ……..very much hot just after 15-20 min call conversation or watching video just 15-20 min. It is also occurred during charging and 100 % charge is not staying not more than 10-11 Hr (during that Ph uses minimal, not using any 3G net connection, all unassay apps are closed and no video watching ). It is horrible and it is not possible to use long time. Is it global problem with all Lenovo A6000+ or with my mobile set only .Flipkart service is very very bad .please sir solve my problem.

On 27.10.2015, I received message "tracking ID FMPP [protected] will be delivered today before 7 p.m., On 27.10.2015, evening I received message " Hi! item successfully delivered" I contacted Flipkart helpline and informed that goods are not delivered, however, message is sent for successful delivery of goods. Helpline executive had no follow-up with delivery agent and replied that we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 29th Oct, Is this the way consumer should be treated with, are we supposed to be a sufferer because we have made advance payment for the goods?                                         I have ordered HP 15-ac034TX (NotebooK) white Silver color on the flipkart Mobile app. Actually the picture represented for this order is silver black color. Hence the color specified and image shown in the app are completely different. This order has been placed on 17th October 2015 by me After delivery when I have opened the package I was shocked with the color of Laptop. When I have contacted the Flipkart customer care that the image shown on the date of order is different than what has been delivered, the reply from them is what you have ordered has been delivered.
