I have ordered Guess watch on 6th April, order no. is OD[protected] which i got duplicate product as i have checked on Guess showroom, than i have requested my money back but flipkart said that we can do replace only, so I said okay, today I got replacement watch which is damaged and may duplicate also, This is worst experience i ever had with flipkart. I bought this watch for my friend for his birthday gift on 20th Apr'15, Today is 17 and they are saying that we locked your complaint and we'l call you on 18th and your complaint no. is[protected]. I want my money back or original product in new condition before 20th Apr'15 bcos i have paid Rs.8838 for this which is not joke.
