    This is bring to your notice that i have booked Lenovo A7-30 Tab, *quantity-2 *No. vide *order number OD[protected]* as on dated 18.10.2014 and payment has been already made by credit card for the same i.e Rs.11748.00 for 2 pieces of Lenovo A7-30 Tab.Yesteday on dated 31.10.2014 I received the courier against this order; when I opened the box it contains only *one piece of Lenovo A7-30 *Tab.i was *shocked* that time and immediately complained to the flipKart customer care no.[protected].There wasMr.Vivek through which have made a complaint about the short receipt of one piece of Tab.*The complaint no. is 27864257 dated 31.10.2014* and get assured that I will get My another piece of tab within 24 -48 hours.regarding this we have also received the SMS on my mobile no. [protected]stated that"*we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 02nd November 2014 6:30P:M"*.Therefore you are requested to send me the courier details of the Balance consignment to know the status of shipment because tomorrow 2nd Nov is Sunday as holiday.Kindly understand my problem and resolve immediately.       I motog (2gen) mobile on 20 Oct 2014 order no OD[protected]. According to your shipment details it should be delivered to me by 30th Oct 2014. But I am still waiting for my product. And no updated status is shown when I am trying to track my order. For this I have talked to customer executive and had registered complaint for the same, complaint id:[protected]. And request him that any how I should get the product by 2nd Nov but again wrong commitment is shown as system generated email is showing my problem will be resolve by 4th Nov. I don't know how to react on flipkart commitment. This is really not acceptable

        Good Afternoon

        Finally you people make me to write this letter, I ordered a 40 inch VU
        LED from Flipkart ( My Reg no is [protected]). As promise it Delivered on 11
        Nov 11.00AM. Nice.

        I called that time t Customer care ( call 1) to tell about installation
        process, He told installation will be done by 48 Hours. (mean 13 Nov 2014).
        So I called 13 Nov 2014 after 11 am ( 48 Hours complete) (call 2) they
        promised it will be done by EOD. I called again at evening 7 PM ( same day
        13 Nov) (call 3), day said wait for tomorrow. OK as expected. So Next day
        I called (call 4 11 AM). He told wait till evening it will be done by EOD.
        So I called again (call 5) evening ( 6.00 PM 14 NOV). Then also she said it
        will be done by EOD ( its already 6.00 PM) and also told me will get a call
        from service engg in 4 hours. ( So i have to wait till 10.00 PM ), Called again (call 6) at 8PM then They call it wil take another 24-48 Hours.
        Means today was friday I asked If they do installation on weekend (sat & sun), He dont have any clue about that so he put me on hold and asked back end team, and told me that no work on weekend so I have wait till Tuesday.

        Lot of frustration, don't know why this is happening, this will be my
        last order to flipkart if its like this. you should not commit 48hrs if you
        are not able to do this.

        Also mean while in morning one person form service dep called and asked
        about installation I told not done yet, He said Will send today then I just
        ask him why did not they send it yesterday, he immediately cut the phone
        and was so rude. I called back same no again but he was not picking up the
        phone. ( His number is [protected])

          I have ordered a TV and it got delivere d on time, but for installantion as they mentioned within 3 days it is not done ontime, when i called customer care they are answering same thing like we raised a ticket and it will be done today EOD, past two days and No proper answer from the customer care.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME KNOW THE OFFICIAL REGSITERED ADDRESS OF FLIPKART AT MY EMAIL: [protected]@GMAIL.COM I HAVE FOUND THE BELOW ADDRESS: lipkart Internet Private Limited Ozone Manay Tech Park, #56/18 & 55/09, 7th Floor, Garvebhavipalya, Hosur Road Bangalore Bangalore District Karnataka India - 560068 MY COMPLAINT TO FLIPKRT WAS AS BELOW: I am one of the customers, whose diwali was SPOILT by FLIPKART, I ORDERED LG TV I GOT THIS TV LATE BY FLIPKART WHICH WAS A ANNIVERSARY GIFT FOR MY COUSIN, AND SO I HAD TO TAKE THIS PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART AS IT WS ALREADY PAID BY ME THROUGH CREDIT CARD, I faced a Cheated experience with the, flipkart cheated me on my LG LED TV, When they refused to return it after one day of delivery as 1- I ordered this product for my cousin as anniversary gift, and as flipkart delivered it late, I could not gift it and had to use for myself as I had already paid flipkart.. 2- However, I did not like the audio and picture quality (which u cannot see online); I felt dejected customer and regret doing s much shopping with flipkart in past.. 3- I explained this issue twice to flipkart but they did not help me… • Order ID: OD[protected] Item) 4. I also gave flipkart an option of buying a more expensive TV FROM THEIR WEBSITE SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO RETURN ME THE amount paid for LG TV…and I can pay the difference, 4- FOR 20 DAYS MY TV REMAINED PACKED, , NEITHER ANYONE FROM FLIPKART CAME FOR WALL MOUNTING…SHAME ON FLIPKART…FOR NOT ATTENDING A GENUINE COMPLAINT AND RESOLVE THIS… I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AGAIN FROM FLIPKART…

              I have Ordered a product having Order Id #OD[protected] on 24th October for WD hard disk. The Order delivered on the 25th October. However It was an empty box. The inner packer was old and it was quite clear the seal was tempered. I have registered complaint on the same day. But till now there was no update from there side. Every time i call to them they have no revert, They have only one reply plz wait for 24-48 hrs. There Supervisor name Mr. Syed dont even know how to speak to a customer.

                i have ordered huawei honor holly mobile on 17th october and after suggestions from my friends i cancelled the order on 18th october.but in my flipkart account the status of the product is showing as delivered.despite talking to their customer care service multiple times, there is no use...can any one please suggest where i have to complain against this

                  I ordered 2 Calvin Klein perfume at 96% of, so the total was coming around 300 for 2 bottles. I my opinion they wanted to publicize their pricing word of mouth. After 10 days i get a mail with a subject "Cancellation of your order OD[protected] with Flipkart.com", which i did not do. Then after i spoke with the customer care executive he said the seller did not have the product and it got displayed on the website due to some technical error. I ended up wasting my 15 mins on the website and waited for the imaginary product. This is what you can expect from Indian top e-retail website, only promotion no customer service and SOME SMALL(what the company thinks is small) TECHNICAL ERRORS. I was a regular customer of Flipkart but next time i would go for order genuine options...

                    Hi, I have booked Huewei phone from Flipkart on 16th Oct and estimated delivery date was 25th oct but it has'nt delivered yet. I have taken so many follow ups from Flipkart and courier service provider but they communicating wrong information always. I have experienced very bad service from Flipkart this time. Today is 31st now they telling it will take more 3-4 days days. this is really unfair. Need your action on this.I have all evidence that how they increased everday time. Regards, saurabh

                        Hi All, I had a very bitter experience with Flipkart.com. I had an order OD[protected], which was a Power Bank. Flipkart had send me thru a courier called "ECom Express" (They donot have proper address in Hyderabad as well) with Airway Number:[protected]. It was supposed to get delivered me on 18th Oct 2014. I was keep on tracking the same, It was in transit for long time and misrouting to some other address and finally shown as "Delivered" and self signed. I was shocked. I have tried to reach the customer care, in spite of many calls one call was luckyly connected and complained about wrong delivery. After 3 days they called back and said that, the courier guy has jump with all the packets given for delivery. What a stupid service this is. I really hate this FlipKart who had handover this packet to a low-grade operating courier agency. I have send a legal notice to this FlapKart and Complained in Consumer Court. I never and never prefer this flipkart in my future shopping. Thanks Krishna

                            I wanted to register my complaint against the order OD[protected] for the book Hello Bastar. You have sold me this book for Rs 295 when the actual cost is Rs 250 printed on the book that you have sent. This would be a case of cheating when you've actually charged me more than the cost of the product. Moreover on your site when I purchased it showed that this book is actually for 295 and you are selling at a discount of 15% and therefore at 250 however while billing you have charged me 295. But the book is already for 250 as you can see in the picture then actually you haven't given me any discount and in fact overcharged given that the delivery was also free of charge.

                                    I am a regular customer of Flipcart. I have ordered screen guard for Samsung Galaxy mega 6.3 (I9200) SMOLIFE @ Rs. 649/- vide consignment No. [protected] in the mode of cash on delivery, which was received on 29.10.2014, but after opening the parcel I found the item is damaged one. Now I want to return the item and to get back the amount I paid. I wanted to return it as procedure but it did not worked out due to no stock and server is giving problem of the provider. I just can't think flipcart can supply this quality product. This is for your kind information and necessary immidiate action.                                       I ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart and paid extra for one day delivery. I was supposed to receive the product by the next day but since i did not receive it by 6 in the evening, I called their customer care to check. They said that the product will be delivered by today and I should wait till 9'o clock. If I still don't receive it, they will register a complaint and pay me compensation amount. I did not receive it till 9'o clock so I called them again. Then instead of registering a complaint, they asked me to either wait for 4-5 days or cancel my order. I asked them if they can deliver it by next day but they refused. So I had to cancel my order. Now, when I ask them for paying the refund, they say that since the order has been cancelled by me, they will not pay anything. I should have waited till 9'o clock. When I told them that the order was cancelled after 9'o clock, they actually have the audacity to tell me that I should have waited till 12'o clock in the night. Now they have simply refused to pay me anything for their mess.
