Flipkart — Damaged box and product sent twice. Now rejecting the refund without any reason

Hello,

We're writing to you about your return request for the order OD[protected]

We understand that the product received by you does not match the description on the product page and like to investigate further and hence request you to share a few images as mentioned below within 48hrs.

Images needed:

Packaging with shipping label
Brand box being open with items received in it
Stickers on the brand box/packaging
Front and back images of the product and brand box with visible details of the below wherever applicable
- Serial number
- Model number
- IMEI number
- Brand logo and style code/article number on the MRP tag

If the product is damaged, image of the product such that the damage is visible

Important image guidelines:

A maximum of 8 images and up to 10 MB in size can be uploaded (JPEG format only), for additional images, follow the image upload process again.
Use sufficient, natural light instead of a flash.
It is best if the photo is taken during the daytime

Steps to share the documents and images with us:

On the app, visit the 'Orders' section under - Account
Select the specific product
Click on 'Your Issues with this item' and select - View Issues
Go to 'Contact Us' and select the option - Write to us
Click on 'Continue'
Type out your message in the box 'Message'
Attach the file from your system (Maximum 8 files of within 10 MB size each and in JPEG format only)
Click on 'Send Email'

As advised by you I opened the box
Please find attached images.
1. From product images clearly visible that product is used which is total unacceptable for health perspective.
2. inside box also half accessories wrapped and half opened.
3. Images clearly shows that brand box opened, used, damaged and repacked.
Please look into this and refund asap.

Also the item failed open box delivery on 23-Dec. I have not accepted. Ideally it should have cencelled and refunded however replacement request done by Flipkart team from backend. Same item sent in new envelope without open box delivery.

Please process refund asap.
