Dear Flipkart Team,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent purchase made in error on Flipkart. I accidentally placed an order for a Samsung phone under the "Lowest Token" offer and paid a token price of ₹999, mistakenly believing I could cancel the order if needed.
Upon realizing the mistake, I immediately tried to cancel the order, but I was informed that the token price of ₹999 is non-refundable. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with your customer service, I have not been successful.
As this was a genuine mistake, I believe it is unreasonable to withhold the token price. I kindly request that the ₹999 token price be refunded, or at least credited to my Flipkart Wallet for future use.
Please reconsider this situation, as the order was placed unintentionally, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
If this issue remains unresolved, I will be forced to escalate the complaint through the National Consumer Helpline.
