How irresponsible, easily closed my complaint about missing product without giving me refund. First complaint raised on 24 june but they just passing days and now its return date closed. I had order 7 books but got only 1 book 6 books are missing.. is this a joke

I have purchased new PUMA shoes and it seems it was a duplicate product along with torn and white marks on the front shoes. I have raised replacement but they have rejected my replacement. Again I have raised refund but not receiving any updates.

Ordered shoes on 16th June and did the payment of 597 rupees. The delivery date was 23rd of June. On 23rd it showed that the product was delivered but I didn't receive any product. Since then I have been calling on the customer care, all they say is that there is AN INVESTIGATING TEAM which is investigating about the issue. First they gave me the date till 29th of June and again when I called on 29th, they said it will take another 72 hours....

I had ordered a Timex watch 2 days back and received it yesterday from Flipkart. The seller was unknown to me, but still the product was tagged " Flipkart Assured", i trusted Flipkart and had ordered. The watch received was not an authentic item, as it didn't have the QR code on it to check its authenticity using Timex Application.
I ordered my grocery on flipkart and part of it was delivered but the shipment 1 worth rs 2400 was not delivered.
Even after 11 days there was no response. As it is grocery it is a daily need product else i am incurring money while i have paid for the product but which is not delivered.

Upon delivery the customer had returned the order claiming remorse.
After 7 days we got the product returned from Flipkart. It was not the product which was sent. Usually in return we are getting a same color fake product. We clearly dont sell...
I order a phone on 7th with a two day delivery date and with a firm issued gst bill. It was supposed to be delivered on yesterday but even after 1 day I haven't received the order. Due to late payment of 'flipkart pay later' of rupees 799/- as i couldn't pay for some technical reasons and sometimes bank problems.
now i have paid anyhow that amount in app flipkart. But it is still showing in my cibil as negative impact by IDFC bank, this is creating problems in my new credit card apliction.
