Let me explain my issue - Kindly Check Incident: IN[protected].
I ordered a game disc named "Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate edition" with order ID: OD[protected], Ultimate edition includes main story game content plus add-on dlc i.e. phantom liberty. I checked the main story content is all good but I didn't receive any code to redeem phantom liberty dlc. I cant install phantom liberty without that code. I checked and that code comes in a page within the game disc box.

I had a talk with support executive on the 14th Oct. I explained my issue, She told me she is escalating this issue to the concerned team. Next day morning(14th Oct), someone called me from the escalation team and then she again told me that she is escalating to the concerned team(I don't know how many times they escalated my issue) and you'll get a resolution by 16th Oct. Again on 15th Oct, someone named - Thabasum Sulthana called me but I was unable to pick up the call because I was not available that time. She left a note that "We will try calling you again within 4 business hours". I waited till evening (more than 4 hours) but I didn't receive any call. So, I called again and the customer support executive told me that you'll get a call from the escalation team by tomorrow as 16th Oct is the resolution date. Next day, no one called me and in the afternoon they closed my case without my permission nor giving a resolution. Again a new case has been opened and the resolution date is 19th Oct and no one called me. I reached out to support again on 16th Oct, I got only robotic responses like - "Don't worry sir, you'll get a response by 19th Oct", "We are here for you", "Your issue will get resolved". Now, again I have given a new date 23rd Oct. On Sunday morning one lady called me and said she is putting replacement request. Again on same day another lady called and said she is putting refund request and took my bank details. On 22nd Oct they resolved my case without my permission and another lady said she submitted a complaint against this issue with complaint no IN[protected] and when I asked about replacement/refund statues she said she can't see any request like that

I think no one is working on my issue. Also, it was an open box delivery. Delivery boy didn't open the product in front of me.

I am just giving a simple solution that reach out to the seller and get me the code to install that DLC or take the product back and give me refund but support executives are not listening, they are just saying they are escalating my issue. I have given proof(first two attached pictures) in case IN[protected](which was resolved without my permission) that code is not included in that game disc. Also, I have attached a picture(third picture) of that page in which code is written as an example.

1st picture: I have received this game disc box but no code is included
2nd picture: Attached as an example that code comes in a red page within th box

Kindly help me to get my issue resolved and get me the code or either refund.

    I ordered a phone with an exchange of my old phone. When the delivery date arrived, the delivery executive couldn't handle the iOS phone, so he insisted that I come to assist him in resetting it. The next day, when I went to collect the order, another executive told me I had to come down to the office, or the order would be canceled. He checked my phone, performed some tests, and informed me that my phone failed the battery and warranty tests, so I needed to pay an additional ₹2, 200. Two days later, I checked my Flipkart app and saw that my old phone exchange had been canceled, and payment had been made in cash without my knowledge.

      I ordered Orient Electric 25 ltr Geyser with order ID OD[protected].. The delivery executive was reaching us for 3 days as were out of town .. He delivered the product with a neighbourig shop and asked for OTP .. as we just confirmed that the product was delivered to a known person, we provided him OTP..
      On reaching home, we found that the product was a used one, it had water in it, we requested for replacement of the product with a new one as i paid for a new one not the refurbished product.. but flipkart is rejecting the request citing the reason of open box delivery .. The delivery executive who called me numerous no of time to accept the delivery can be reached at [protected] and can confirm my side of statement.. i have all his call records to prove my point that i or none of my family member was not present at the time of delivery and consignement was not checked at that time ..

      My request is to penalise Flipkart with a suitable amount for such practices for sending old used products and provide me a replacement of the product with no extra cost

      This complaint is not resolved.. i just posted message that there has been no support from Flipkart and they did nothing after making this complaint to settle the issue... and you guys marked this complaint ' Resolved' but in actualy, it is not

        Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,

        I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the damaged TV I ordered and the ongoing issues with my return requests. The service I have experienced so far has been unacceptable, with repeated misguidance and delays from Flipkart representatives. Below is a detailed account of the situation:

        Order Details: I ordered a TV on October 4th, which was delivered on October 10th as an open-box delivery. Upon inspection, the product was damaged, so I immediately requested a replacement.

        Replacement Issue: On October 12th, I received a replacement TV without an open-box delivery (with OTPverification), and it turned out to be the same damaged product. I promptly requested a return, but it was rejected.

        Repeated Rejections: I submitted another return request with photos of the damaged product, which was also rejected. I then contacted customer support, who guided me on how to upload the images. I uploaded multiple images on call, and the Flipkart app indicated a return approval date of October 18th, pick up date 22nd October and refund date 26th October.

        Continued Delays and Misguidance:

        1. In the evening of 18th Oct I called customer support regarding the delay in approval, and I was assured the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. However, as of October 19th, my return had still not been approved.

        2. Multiple attempts to reach customer support resulted in disconnected calls or misguidance. After several calls, I spoke to Ms. Nayda, who could not provide a satisfactory resolution, advised me to wait another 24 hours, but no action was taken.

        3. On October 20th, I contacted customer support again, and Mr. Shobhit raised a technician visit request to verify the damage, even though I had already uploaded photos of the damaged product. He informed me to wait until October 23rd for the visit, while my original return request had a pickup date of October 22nd.

        Return Request Cancellation and Further Issues:

        1. On October 21st, I received a call from the Flipkart escalation desk, and Ms. Pratibha informed me that my return request was being rejected due to the lack of a technician visit. Without my consent, she canceled my return request (initiated on October 16th with a resolution date of October 22nd) and raised a new request, instructing me to wait for 24 hours.

        2. Later, Ms. Ayesha informed me that my return would not be approved since the original return policy had passed on October 19th. I then spoke with Mr. Mayank, a senior representative, who advised me to wait until October 28th for further updates, conflicting with Ms. Pratibha's previous instructions.

        The lack of consistency, frequent misguidance, and numerous delays have caused significant frustration. I have been struggling to resolve this issue for weeks, and despite following all the instructions provided by Flipkart representatives, my return has not been approved.

        I kindly request that this issue be taken on a priority basis and that a prompt resolution be provided. I'm uploading all related photos and videos of the damaged product, Please ensure that the damaged TV is picked up and refunded as soon as possible.           Hello, My name is Richa Kalyani and my Flipkart contact number is [protected]
          I ordered a Kimayra dress from Flipkart for Diwali occasion but instead of it i received a different color and brand dress. I created a return request for the same since it is not what i ordered (Kimayra dress).But Flipkart has rejected my return request claiming that they have shipped the correct product but since I have not received the ordered product I tried to seek help from the flipkart help center many times but didn't get any help. I called on their customer care number several times but they kept disconnecting my calls and when finally my call got answered I asked the executive to connect my call with his senior but he made me wait for hours by hanging up my calls and then later on he disconnected my call . I called again and asked the executive to connect my call with his senior, the executive noted my contact number and assured me that i will get a call in next two hours but again no one bothered to call .I am feeling so dissapointed and you guys have literally misbehaved and harrassed me first by sending wrong product and second not doing anything for sorting out my problem. I have been a genuine Flipkart customer for last years but this type of treatment was never expected from your company especially on the ocassion of Diwali.I requested so many times to pickup the wrong product but again no one cares .They just send you computer generated messages again and again .I devoted so much of my time seeking a positive solution for my problem but I guess flipkart no longer cares for it's customers .This is so unprofessional and your behaviour towards your customers is so rude .So shopping on flipkart has become a waste of time and money, I want the wrong product to be picked up soon and requesting you to refund my money as soon as possible because I don't think that i should suffer from all of this because of someone else's fault. I am sharing the images of product i have received with you . Please help me to get my wrong product picked up and do the needful.Please look into this matter and provide me a solution that i can accept. Regards.

            I ajay kumar purchased tcl tv from flipkart plat form. It has one year warranty, but before the warranty period tv got damaged, while connecting to the customer care centre, they constantly saying tv will be replaced in two days.               I ordered multiple items in this order but Flipkart is not delivering one item worth INR 11254 - Mooncraft Furniture Wooden Dining Table with 2 Chairs & 1 Bench Solid Wood 4 Seater Dining Set (Finish Color -Teak Finish With Cream Cushion, Knock Down)

              I raised issue on Oct 10 2024 but still after multiple communications they are not resolving the iuue.

              I also requested to cancel my order more than 3 days before, neither they deliver the order nor cancel the order.

              Now I am in a situation that I can not buy this item from some where else.

                I ordered a bike from Flipkart on September 28, 2024. After placing the order, I got a call from the seller on September 30 and was told that the bike model I ordered was not in stock.

                Then I contacted Flipkart's customer care and they asked me to wait till October 5. But till October 5, I did not get any update. I contacted again and I was asked to wait till October 8. In this way I was repeatedly given 48 hours.

                Finally on October 15, I was told that my order has been canceled and I will be refunded the entire payment.

                I am very disappointed with this whole experience. I feel I have been cheated. I waited for so many days and I did not get any concrete answer. I will not get the offer I got now.

                I want Flipkart to take appropriate action in this matter and compensate me for my loss.
                And today 17/10/2024 they not get any responsible reply, only says sorry and sorry

                  I’ve ordered a product(Puma Shoes Zod Runner), Size 8 using flipkart service on 2nd October but somehow size that I order didn’t fit me proper and then I made a return/replace request but at that time flipkart deliver agent asks me for looptag number which I didn’t receive with product from flipkart itself.
                  And now I’m requesting to replace that product with 9 number, they are nor responding properly and they ask me to made refund instead of replacement, even after option and size availability

                        I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from [Flipkart]. I have encountered repeated issues, and I am requesting an immediate resolution and a full refund for the product. Below is a detailed account of my experience:

                        First-time delivery: I initially received a damaged product, and to make matters worse, the item was damaged. Since the delivery was marked as Open Box Delivery, I had the opportunity to check it on the spot.
                        Second-time delivery: Given the previous experience, I specifically requested Open Box Delivery this time as well to avoid any further issues. However, the delivery agent refused to cooperate and declined to open the product despite my insistence.
                        Wrong product received again: After being forced to accept the package without inspection, I was shocked to find that the product inside was a completely different model—a Lenovo tablet—which I did not order. This is unacceptable as I trusted your delivery process, but it has now failed me twice.
                        This repeated negligence has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I feel misled and have lost trust in the service.

                        My expectations are as follows:

                        An immediate full refund for the incorrect product.
                        A prompt apology and clear assurance that such negligence will not occur again.
                        A detailed response on how you will resolve this issue to prevent further inconvenience to customers like me.
                        I hope you understand the seriousness of the matter. If this issue is not resolved swiftly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer protection authorities and post my experience on social media platforms to ensure others are aware of these lapses in service.

                          Hi Team,

                          I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the non-delivery of a 65-inch TV that I ordered from Flipkart during the Big Billion Day sale. The details of my order are as follows:

                          - **Order ID**: OD[protected]
                          - **Order Date**: September 28th, 2024
                          - **Expected Delivery Date**: October 6th, 2024

                          As per the tracking information, the TV was dispatched on October 1st and reached near my hub on October 4th. However, it is now October 15th, and the TV has still not been delivered. I have contacted Flipkart customer service multiple times and have been repeatedly told to wait for 48 hours. Despite these assurances, there has been no progress, and the TV remains undelivered.

                          On my most recent call to customer service, the representative refused to transfer my call to a senior team member and did not provide an escalation email address. This lack of support is unacceptable, especially considering that my credit card EMI has already started, with the first installment due on November 3rd.

                          I am requesting your assistance in expediting the delivery of the TV as soon as possible. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

                            I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with Flipkart concerning my order of the Carlton London Atlas Mesh Office Adjustable Arm Chair (Order ID: OD[protected].

                            Upon receiving the chair, I discovered that it had manufacturing defects, specifically that one of the armrests would not attach properly. I reported this issue, and after an inspection by your official staff, my request for a refund was approved due to the product being faulty.

                            The pickup was scheduled for October 3rd, but it did not occur as planned. Since then, I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this issue through customer support. Each time, I was advised to wait until October 10th for a resolution, but no further action was taken. I have contacted customer support multiple times, only to be told to wait 24 hours for a resolution—this has occurred on more than three occasions with no progress.

                            Additionally, I received messages asking me to confirm if I had tried to cancel the pickup initiated by your staff. I want to clarify that I have not attempted to cancel anything and have responded promptly to those messages.

                            I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and resolution regarding this matter. I kindly request immediate action to arrange for the pickup of the defective chair and to process my refund without further delay.

During the technician's visit for installation, a damaged piece was discovered, and a replacement ticket was immediately raised. However, despite over a week passing, I have not received any confirmation or update regarding the replacement.
                                This delay is highly inconvenient and reflects poorly on the level of service I expected from Flipkart. I kindly request urgent action on this matter to either confirm the replacement or provide a clear timeline for resolving the issue.

                                    Hi,
                                    I was supposed to get my flipkart order today, despite it being placed on 29th September.
                                    It got shipped on 8th October and since then there are no updates.
                                    This is the order number: OD[protected]
                                    I am even happy to go to the hub and pick it up myself because after 2 days, I'm leaving the city and will not be able to collect it.
                                    The customer service does not tell me if I can go and pick it up myself

                                      It's the 10th of October and I need to avail warranty from Boat. However, the company requires the invoice to verify my issue. When I tried to download the invoice from the Flipkart app, I couldn't find the option to do so. This delay is affecting my ability to get my Bluetooth neckband repaired.
