Dear sir, I purchased a smartphone (Xiaomi note 5) with bill no: fabaub[protected] and Imei 1: [protected] Imei 2: [protected] from flipkart on 4th april 2018. I got your product on 6th april 2018.. I registed a complaint regarding my charger is over heating, but your technical support team send false result after checking my phone. When i got the mail from flipkart (After technical visit) i called your toll free number to complaint about wrong methods they used to rectify the problem... But your costumer care executive didn't try to solve my problem.
