[Resolved] Flipkart — dead smartphone replacement delay | |||
I ordered a LeEco Le 2 (Rose Gold, 32 GB) phone on 9th August, 2017 during flipkart freedom sale and it was delivered to me on 16th August, 2017. The order ID is OD[protected]. The handset was dead on arrival and not working. So, I filed a replacement request through the flipkart app on the same day and was notified that soemone will call me on the next day regarding this. Someone called but proper communication could not take place and the call was cut from his side and then again the next day soemone called and same thing happened, no communication could not occur. So I called the flipkart customer care and they assured me that the problem will be resolved soon by the 19th of August and that someone will come or call but then when I checked the app I suddenly came to know that my request has been cancelled without any notice and without any proper reason. When I called the customer care service, they told me that they didn't know why my request was cancelled so I filed another replacement request on the 19th or 21st August, 2017, I don't exactly remember the dates and then my request was approved and i got a mail that someone will come to pick the phone on 23rd August and on that day, no one showed up and when i called customer care, they said that someone will come on 24 and it is 24 today and no one came to pick up the phone, I even got an sms that soemone will come on 24 by 6.29 pm but no one came. We all are tired by this pathetic custoemr service of flipkart. SOlve this issue soon or I will be going to consumer court for full refund and mental pain compensation.
