Deeply unprofessional and fraudulent experience I have had with Flipkart in connection to Order ID OD[protected].

I placed an order for a dining set on 9th February 2024, with an assured delivery by 21st February. After multiple follow-ups, the product was finally delivered on 28th February, a week late—and severely damaged. The table was completely broken, and two chairs were slightly cracked.

To add insult to injury, the product delivered is materially different from what was advertised. The table top, advertised as Sheesham wood, is in fact made of a low-grade hardboard or some form of engineered wood that has just split apart—a clear case of false advertising and consumer fraud. Plus it has termites already

Following this, I raised a replacement request and was promised delivery by 24th March. Instead, on 25th March, I was falsely informed that the order had already been delivered on the 21st—an outright lie. Since then, I have faced continuous harassment by both Flipkart and the seller.

The seller kept assuring me for two weeks that the replacement was on its way and has now completely stopped responding to my calls.

Flipkart's customer service has been equally negligent. Despite my repeated calls and Complaint ID IN[protected], I’ve received nothing but empty promises. I have uploaded all pics and evidences that were requested as well. A supervisor finally told me that a technician visit was scheduled for 17th April, after which a refund would be processed. No technician ever showed up, and the case was closed without my consent.
After sending email to ceo lodging complaint I have started getting calls every 48 hrs with no resolution. I amnow being told to return the product and after that replacement will be provided. I am scared they will take the product and fleece me of 20 thousand rupees with no product in hand. Please help.
