Flipkart — Defect phone received from flipkart | |||||
Hi, I have purchased redmi note3 from flipkart on 29 june 2016 and received the product on 30 june 2016. I have tried to enable the 4g service with the existing vodafone sim and was not working. Then i have requested new 4g sim from vodafone and after receiving the sim tried in the new phone and found that it is not compatable or not working for 4g services. I have contacted the flipkart and they told like the 10 days replacement policy is expired and we will not able to help in this regard. Kindly help me in this regard. Thanks & regards, Kalyan.
