[Resolved] Flipkart — defective and different product received. | |||||
I have place order for panasonic eluga mobile battery. I have received my order on 03rd of may 2018, when i have opened the parcel, i found that, instead of panasonic it have samsung, used and defective battery. Immediately i have filled return request, but flipkart representative refuse to take battery back by mentioning that wrong specification given. Again i spoke with flipkart customer care representative on 04th may 2018, they have filled online return request for the same, but again today i. E on 05th may 2018, pick up person of flipkart has refuse to take it. Requesting you kindly look into and do the needfull. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support May 13, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complain was he got a different brand product, so apologized and provided refund on behalf of seller, refund completed and closed the complain from our end.
