[Resolved] Flipkart — defective charger received with samsung on max mobile | |||
I ordered Samsung on max mobile from flipkart application. Received it on 28th august and found that charger is defective and not working. After making so many complaints in last 15 days. No response by company. On making first complaint, i was told that charger will be replaced immediately. But till date no positive action by company. My order id is OD[protected]. I have registered complaint in National Consumer Forum. If problem is not resolved. I will have to take legal actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I received refund of mobile handset. Company did not have solution for defective charger. Hence entire order cancelled. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
