[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product for my onida tv | |||||
I bought a tv from flipkart during the big billion day. 23.09.2017.. It was an exchange, on 23rd they took my samsung led tv 5series excellent condition... Only reason i exchanged because i wanted a smart tv. So i ordered a onida tv. Order id:od[protected] The day tv came i switched it on and it was stuck on onida screen within 30mins i asked for replacement... They god a wired policy that an onida technical will come home first and if he approves then only it will be exchanged, this reason itself is like coning customer.. Still i accepted that. They said 27th september they will arrange for a replacement... As onida technical was supposed to come and update flipkart.. But it's been since 23rd till 27th no technical came to check from onida.. And i must have called more than 11times but they keep on saying sorry now they said that i will be updated by 3rd october.. This like pathetic and fooling the customer, i am without a tv they took my money and my old tv and now they are not even doing anything.. I want to register a official complaint and i am ready for doing a far as they have robbed me... And they are selling faulty products to customers and have taken my old tv as well... Nothing has been done ...they call and say sorry and say will try to resolve ASAP but no updates and nothing has been done...and on their website at my profile tab the complain automatically gets closed by them stating it's resolved..but it's a lie nothing has been resolved.
