[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective product is not replacing.

I ordered Sony Bravia 55 inch LED TV on 3rd October 2021 from Flipkart at a cost of 62, 999 INR on EMI with a Bajaj Finance EMI card with a monthly EMI of 5, 250 INR and I got the delivery on 10 October 2021 and the TV got installed by Sony INDIA on 11 October 2021. On 12 October 2021, after using tv for a half-hour the wifi get disconnected automatically, when I tried to connect the wifi again it turned off again I have tried to connect wifi multiple times but it got disconnected continuously. After some time the wifi is not even connecting now so I decided to replace the tv because the tv is not working fine for even a day under the policy of Flipkart's 10-day return or replacement. On 13 October 2021, I filed for the replacement of tv, as Flipkart's policy of Technicison visits the technician has to visit on 17 October 2021 to see if the issue in tv is genuine or not but the technician has canceled the replacement without visiting for no reason after this I filed the replacement process again on 18 October 2021 now the technician has to visit on 21 October 2021 again his time the technician has not visited my home and canceled the replacement process then I called Flipkart's customer care multiple time to see this issue but the always put me on hold for a long time then I have to cut the call this happens at least 10 times.

I have provided further proof:-
1. The invoice of purchase.
2. Pictures of Flipkart website.

I want the replacement of my TV because 62, 999 INR is a big amount for me. I have used the tv only for 1 day from the installation after that I am not able to use my tv. Please help me I am in big trouble.
