[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product.. no installation. unresponsive customer support. | |
Ordered bed from flipkart order id od[protected]. It was supposed to be installed on 30th july. The installation guy came on 31st and said a few parts are missing and left saying he will be back the same or maximum next day with parts. Ever since the installation partner of flipkart jeeves, flipkart customer support have been totally non responsive. The installation person just keeps delaying and flipkart finally called me and said can you buy the missing parts from a hardware shop and have it installed yourself. This is just crazy and least expected. Back to amazon for me! Was this information helpful? | |
