I received a defective product from Flipkart (blacked and unusable pages). I reported the issue on 18 June 2025 and have not received any response for over 48 hours. I have also filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) but Flipkart support remains unresponsive.

I demand an immediate refund. If no action is taken, I will take legal steps and report this to consumer court.

Update on Complaint – Flipkart Order OD[protected]

I am updating my complaint regarding the delivery of defective products — NCERT Class 11 and 12 PCB books (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with blacked and unreadable pages — which I reported on 18 June 2025.

Despite contacting Flipkart support, emailing grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com, and filing a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), there has been no refund or proper response.

The return policy expired due to delay from Flipkart's side. This is a clear deficiency in service and delivery of faulty educational material.

I request an immediate refund and resolution.
