[Resolved]  Flipkart — defective product replacement and refund cancelled.

I ordered a sandisk sdcz50 64gb pendrive on 03rd march, 2018 from seller named sangamelectronics01 of price rs 959.00. Product delivered on 9th mar, 2018. I opened package and i found a hp 64gb pendrive inside. I checked and i found it was in dead condition. At same time i requested for replacement by calling customer care and she said that by 17th march, 2018 your product will be replaced. But they cancelled my replacement request on 12th march 2018. I checked and saw that there was written "we're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. Please refer to flipkart return policy." again i put for replacement and called flipkart costumer care on 13th march, 2018 at 12:22 am and asked about my cancellation and i told him i don't want any replacement anymore, i want my money back, i want refund anyhow, he said "i am cancelling this replacement request and after 48 hrs you can request for refund" i agreed but i was not satisfied so i called again on the same day at 01:58 pm and told about my product case and asked for a refund also but he said "we do not have refund policy for this item, we can put this only for replacement." and he put for replacement and said that by 21st march 2018 your product will be picked up and at same time replacement will be done. Kindly help me, my money rs 959.00 has been stucked because of this seller named sangamelectronics01 and flipkart. Please take a hard action on them.
