[Resolved] Flipkart — defective products sold on big billion sale | |||
Od[protected] order id. Morphy richards otg was sold at 8549/- and sent a product with physical damages. When replacement request was placed, flipkart suggests to take a refund of 8549/- and buy the new one at 11200/- There are more items on sale from the same seller on the site. But neither flipkart nor seller are ready to do a replacement since they know it was sold at cheaper price and the amount is not worth a new one. This is the concept of big billion sale to do a clearance sale of defective products at cheaper price and who ever do not identify the defects will live life with those defects.. We had interacted with the customer and asked him to place a fresh order we will give the difference amount as gift voucher in flipkart wallet account. The customer agreed to place a fresh order. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
