Flipkart — Defective remote for anddoir tv supplied

On 26th sept i placed an order for one tv remote for andorid sony tv and the same was delivered to me 8th octover. Since my earlier tv remote was still working somehow, i did not open this packet delviered by your team. But on mondaywhen i needed this remote and opened the packet i was surpised o see that the remote was missing with one cover at its head side. I still thought to use it by fixing some cellotape on it as i neede the remote badly. But again to my uytter surpse the tv was not at all functional inspite of fixing new set of bateries. Now i want it to be replaced immediately failing which i will have no ption than to put this on entier social media and other competitors portal. Morso i will approach consumer forum for delivering a defective piece to me. Shall appreciate your immediate corrective action in this regard. Thanx
