Flipkart — Delay by 14 days in delivering a product

On 22nd September 2025, I placed an order with a same-day delivery promise. As of 1st October 2025, the order is still undelivered.
The latest update says delivery will only be attempted by 6th October 2025 but till now didn't received the product.

This is a clear case of failure to honor commitments and leaves customers like me stranded despite trusting your promises.
