Complaint regarding the undue delay in delivery of my recent order placed on 23rd September 2025 for a mobile phone. At the time of purchase, Flipkart had assured me that the delivery would be completed by 24th September 2025. However, as of today, 29th September 2025, the product has not been delivered.
This is a clear breach of the commitment made at the time of purchase and has caused me considerable hardship. I had made necessary adjustments to my professional schedule to receive the delivery, resulting in loss of productive working days and unnecessary stress. I have been continuously monitoring the delivery status and awaiting the product, which has been both inconvenient and traumatic.
Such negligence in honoring delivery timelines is unacceptable from a reputed platform like Flipkart. I therefore demand the following:
Immediate resolution and expedited delivery of my order without further delay.
Appropriate compensation for the loss of my working days, the inconvenience caused, and the mental distress I have suffered due to this delay.
