Flipkart — Delay in order for 8 days

This is regarding order id OD[protected]. I have ordered smartix double side magnetic white board in Flipkart from the seller VJ brothers on 11th August. It was supposed to be delivered on 19th August. However it was not delivered still even though the product reached nearest hub. When I contacted customer care they said logistical issue and it be delivered within 24 hours also they said o will get call from customer care within 24 hours . But still o didn’t receive the product. Daily I am calling customer care they are telling same story. Kindly take necessary action to deliver the order as soon as possible
