Flipkart — Delay in Product Delivery by Flipkart

Hi There,
I had pre-ordered a phone (Google pixel 6a) which is available only on Flipkart in India.
The price of the phone is 43, 999/-
However, in exchanged of my old phone (pixel 4a) i was given a deduction of 16, 250/- and with Additional discount, the final price I paid for the phone was 24, 878.
Flipkart is not delivering this phone to my pincode, so i provided a pincode of my friend's office address.
The phone was to be delivered on July 30, Saturday, I travelled to that place which is apprx 1.5 hours away. After waiting the whole day, the order was never out for delivery even though it was in the nearest hub. In the end they rescheduled to Monday August 1, my time and travel money was wasted.
On Monday again the phone was not delivered. Today is August 4 and they are saying it will take 7 more days.
Optionally they say i can re-order the phone.
The problem is, during pre-order, the gave me a value of 16, 250/- for my old phone, today 7 days later, they are giving me 10, 250 for the same phone(as per app), so if i cancel this order, I will have to pay 6000/- extra for the same order.
I am using a temporary phone as my friend is carrying my old phone for exchange daily to his office in the hope of receiving my new phone.
I do not know how to describe how I feel.
Any help would be highly appreciated

Facing the exact same issue, 2 times my order was cancelled and placed blame on me and 3rd order is auto cancelled since i exceeded purchase limit. Worst service by Flipkart
