I had ordered a pair of soundcore by anker R100 TWS earbuds on 15th of July via Flipkart app. The product's delivery date was showing to be 18th July at the time so I went ahead and ordered. I was also tracking my product by the delivery timeline provided by Flipkart on the orders page. I saw that my product had reached in the delivery hub in my city, i.e. Hyderabad on 17th of July only. But after waiting till night on 18th when I didn't get the product I went to the orders page again, There they had now changed the delivery date to 19th of July stating some reason. Again on 19th I was waiting for product but didn't get it. When I checked the orders page again I saw they changed the date to 21st now. I called the customer care for getting a resolution but they also didn't have any clear information. They bluntly told that the package seems to be lost in transit so will have to wait till 21st July. Then I went ahead and canceled the product as I was to be out of station from 20th till 22nd July. The customer care guy also told that I can reorder the product on 19th July only which will be surely delivered on 24th July. At this claim, I again ordered the product, this time the Flipkart app was asking for pre-paid payment as due to some reason the pay on delivery was not available at the time. So, i went ahead and paid Rs. 1999 as part of product cost. But once again on 24th of July, just before the EOD I got the message that the delivery has now been rescheduled from 24th to 27th due to delivery issues. I again contacted the customer care to understand what is this issue but to no avail. They just keep apologising without giving any explanation, and repeating that the product will be delivered on 27th surely. I now am clearly in doubt if product will be delivered on 27th as well or not as last time also they changed the date 2 times. I hence want to raise a complaint against this totally unprofessional behaviour of Flipkart and it's lack of Customer integrity.

Updated by Shivam Shekhar97 My order has still been not delivered, it was scheduled to be delivered on 27th July. Yesterday, towards the end of the day I again got a message that the order has been delayed giving the same repetitive excuse of issue with transit of the product. Whenever I talk with the customer executive they start giving false promises about getting it delivered as soon as possible. Totally unprofessional behaviour from Flipkart and I'll make sure never to shop from it again in future, rather I will opt for Amazon and other services which are providing 2-3 days delivery at the same delivery location for me. I request strict action against the fraud Flipkart is doing with its customers.
