Purchased an LG air conditioner from flipkart and I got the product on January 13 (Order id : OD[protected]. While checking the installation details on flipkart, I found that the installation date is scheduled for 23 January. This means that I have to wait almost 10 days for the installation after getting the product.
As a customer, I am not satisfied with the installation service provided by the flipkart team (Jeeves)(Case ID: FLIL-7QQC0F-7OQ0EK-DXPRMN-6LEM7TG).
So they decided to contact the flipkart customer team for rescheduling the installation date, also i tried to contact jeeves team for the same. The jeeves team told me that I need to contact the flipkart team for installation related queries. So on the 13th of january I contacted the flipkart customer care to escalate the issue and the flipkart head team will contact me and rectify my issue within 48 hours. But still i didn't get a call from the flipkart head team.
I thought that I could put a request to the lg team for the installation, because they will do that within 2 days. So I discussed this with the flipkart team, and the executime told me that, if I install the AC by the lg service team, then the return policy will be canceled. Was this information helpful? |
