I have ordered Del's Wireless Keyboard and Mouse on 26th of Dec 2021 and the order ID is OD[protected].

This was a gift for my little nephew (a student) for his laptop so that he can attend the online classes and operate the laptop using wireless keyboard and mouse at a distance from laptop screen without harming his eyes.

The laptop was supposed to be delivered by 28th of December thats why I have booked the order only from Flipkart but the delivery got delayed by two days. Now it was expected to be delivered by 31st of Dec but still I didn't get the laptop. The small kid was very upset because of lot of strain in his eyes.

I still thought that its bcz of new year so lets wait upto 1st or 2nd of Jan 2022 but still I didn't get the product at my hometown Jalandhar (India's) address.

I made a complaint that either cancel the order and give me full refund or send the new product but I need the solution within 2 days. I have given my Dubai's number +[protected] to be contacted by Flipkart team to talk and resolve but neither I received the call nor the product and today its 9th Jan 2022.

How easily Flipkart is making people fool. Full on fraud is going on. If I have paid the money as per the value of product then I should get the product on time. Why have we paid the money?

I need an immediate solution for this.

    I have placed a Prepaid order on Flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected]. But Delhivery service had cancelled my order without trying to deliver the product. This is not the first time that Delhivery is cancelling my orders without my concern. Very pathetic delivery service. I need resolution soon

      I am unable to use my flipkart account for placing any order for last 1.5 yrs.
      Any kind of prepaid payment option is not working Credit card, debit card, UPI etc. Only cash on delivery option works.

      Whenever i try to place an order and make payment i get error on flipkart page" Transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks"

      I have been taking constant follow ups with customer care but nothing helps.

        Order Id - OD[protected] Order was delivered on 25th Dec`21 and from the same day I have been escalating my issue that the shoes which got delivered does not match the description which I had requested for. In addition to it there were no invoices along with the shipment and also the package was damaged and torn and It is clear that the package tape was tampered. I have received a completely different product. Is it my fault that I had placed the request during the offer period and is this the way how a customer will be treated on something which is beyond my control.

            Dear Sir/Mam,
            I Yogesh Kumar booked a ticket from Flipkart on 8th November from Amritsar to Dubai but unfortunately there was delay in my visa regarding this I contact to Flipkart to reschedule my ticket or cancel it. I contacted with Flipkart on 23rd of November to reschedule my ticket but they gave me 8 hour time to get back to me with the details of re-schedule but after 10 hours I again contacted to Flipkart to re-schedule this ticket but they told me again to wait for 24 to 48 hours for more details therefore I wait till 27th of November and on 27th of November flipkart told me that they can’t help me to reschedule or cancel this ticket they ask me to contact to Air India to cancellation of this ticket. So i dropped a mail to air India for cancellation my ticket. Furthermore, very next morning I again call to air India and they told me that this ticket was booked from travel boutique New Delhi, Then I contact to travel boutique they ask me they can’t make any change in my air ticket as it was made by Flipkart and they deal with business to business not business to customer then I again get back to Flipkart they told me that your ticket is now no show they can’t provide me refund of this ticket. In all this matter clearly Flipkart harass me for a week and I lost my hard earned Rs.40, 000 in this air ticket,
            Moreover, now flipkart asking me for full refund proof from airline, i think they are still making me fool

            If my Concern not resolve here I will launch this complaint to the consumer Court portal with all the evidence like all call recordings and email screenshot.

            Your retrospective action in this case shall be highly appreciated.

              I had ordered an LG 8kg Front Loading washing machine on Flipkart (order Id- OD[protected]on[protected] which I had received on[protected]. After receiving the product, I noticed that the drum of the machine touches the rubber seal of the door which causes a very weird and big noise when I rotated with my hand. The LG technician who came to install it also confirmed the the drum is defective and he didn't install it. On the same day I placed a return request and the uninstallation was scheduled even after I mentioned it to Flipkart Customer Support on call that the product was never installed. I was told that I would receive the contact details of the technician on[protected] who shall uninstall it but I didn't receive it. No one came or called me about the uninstallation and the return has still not been approved by flipkart.

              I, therefore, request you to please send your engineer to confirm the issue and initiate a replacement or refund as early as possible.

              I have spent my hard earned Rs 33, 990 on this and it is very disappointing. Never going to purchase any costly items on Flipkart.

              The technician from Jeeves didn't show up for uninstallation but still Flipkart accepted my return because the product was not installed after delivery. Flipkart should end any kind of association it has with Jeeves. I have never dealt with anything as pathetic as Jeeves. Anyway, I am happy that my return request was accepted and hoping to get the replacement product in good condition 🤞.

                  Dear Flipkart team,
                  I have placed an order (Order placed on Jan 03, 2022Order ID OD[protected] for 5 nos. Sriaarnika Professional Microphone Holder Mic Elliptical Clip Mic Holder and Total CoD Amount was Rs.770.00.Few minutes back today I received a packet from the Courier and handed over the entire amount of Rs. 770.00. Surprisingly I discovered only 2 nos. of Sriaarnika Professional Microphone Holder Mic Elliptical Clip Mic Holder inside the packet. What is this? Cheating or some mistake on your part? Pleaselet me know about the whole matter within 24 hours Or I will take necessary legal actions against your company.
                  For your kind information the same day I also placed another order (Order placed on Jan 03, 2022, Order ID OD[protected] for 5 nos. of Anks Online Universal Microphones Mic Holder Round Mic Holder and received today the parcel with 5nos. as I asked for.
                  So, please send your clarification within 24 hours OR refund my money you have taken extra for 3 nos. of Sriaarnika Professional Microphone Holder Mic Elliptical Clip Mic Holder. Waiting for your reply.

                      Suddenly, 99% of the products are showing undeliverable in my PIN Code. Like, what the hell happened suddenly? I ordered so many things in the month of. November also. What happened suddenly that all products are showing 'Not deliverable'?

                              Product is missing in parcel. I already submitted addhar card, pan card and driving licence but everytime my request rejected by telling that information is not sufficient on your documents. They are also not telling me what information they want. They just mark my issue resolved. Five times my refund request is already cancelled

                                I ordered a product(people's jeans) from Flipkart and returned it ...they haven't refunded my money( RS. 660) and on contacting them they just gaved a reference no. And told to contact bank ...but bank haven't received any transaction and the customer care of Flipkart doesn't respond to the matter..

                                  I had booked an round trip from Toronto(yyz) to Ahmedabad, but was unable to travel to the destination on 30th Dec because of COVID Positive result. Just after receiving the reports on 29th Dec, I had intimated Air India about my situation regarding cancellation of ticket/ Rescheduling within 24 hours of departure.
                                  But, Air India canceled my ticket under No Show and I need to get it removed in order to reschedule the flight free of cost as Air India provides free one time date change for passengers who had been tested Positive.

                                  There is no Air India City office which I could visit in Canada(Toronto). I was also advised by Air India office to reach out Air India office in Toronto but there is no Air India office that exists in Toronto, Canada .

                                  Even I did my part by proceeding for cancellation on 29dec before 24 hours of scheduled departure but flipkart never informed Air Line regarding this. Therefore my ticket went for No show

                                  Fraud by Flipkart. Will definitely send a notice to flipkart and sue the company through my Lawyer
                                  I have enough proof against flipkart deliberately not cancelling the flight even when requested by the passenger multiple times

                                    I am supposed to get full refund for flight cancellation as i have cancelled with in 24 hours of
                                    booking. However my money deducted. MY flight booking id FF[Protected]PNR CCH7Q I have
                                    contacted flipkart travel several times but they were asking me to get in touch with airlines we
                                    cant help or get some proof from airlines . When I have contacted airlines they said as it is third
                                    party booking only third party need to contact us for refund and flipkart travel refused to that. I
                                    dont know what to do get my money back. Please some one help me. I have booked my ticket
                                    more than a month before date of travel from flipkart travel. I have contacted that flipkart travel
                                    customer service several times but their response is rediculous_ They are expecting me to stop
                                    calling them some of them are cutting the call in the middle. They gave me worst expereince. They
                                    keep asking me to get proof from airindia eventhough it is according to airline rules to release get
                                    full refund. Since last two weeks they are harrasing me. They are trying to steal my money.
