I recently bought samsung galaxy phone from flipkart. When i received the phone the box was tampered and full of scratches. The phone was not even in factory reset mode, it was already using by someone else. So i placed a return request and flipkart rejected . After i placed multiple return request and flipkart rejected it all and finally the blocked me. I want to move legally against flipkart and the seller. Please help me with legal suggestions.

    Dear team,

    I had placed an order on Friday 4th feb order id is OD[protected] and till now I didn't got my refund in my bank account. I tried many times to contact Flipkart on the call as well as chats they told me by 7february EOD you will get it but till now refund not yet credited in my bank account. Its a gentle reminder for Flipkart or else I have to go with the legal procedures. Kindly solve this issues today itself as I am in need of my money. I had talked with the customer care executive she marked the complain as resolved it's very disgusting and they had kept my rs 7249 which is huge and I need my money back I want to pay that money to someone and Flipkart is not bothering they are telling transaction history is not available but seller has processed the refund. Till now I didn't get my money. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

      I ordered an grocery at jan 6th 2022 after one month am still not received any order also am not able to cancel that order if i call customer support they are kind of supporting in a way which don’t even works in thier website totally horrible and worst experience ever just quit this grocery store or try to build a UI in a better way don’t make customers feel bad for a long while

        Hi, I ordered 43 inch, thomson smart Android TV from flipkart. Well they delivered it at the respective date but about the installation process there has been no updates, it was clearly mentioned that installation will be done at the provided date but it has already been more than a week and the tv has not been installed yet. I called at the customer service they gave me false promises/assurance and nothing else. Now they are picking up my call putting it up on hold and then ending the call afterwards. I have clearly been scammed by Flipkart. Flipkart should stop mentioning free installation if they are not sticking to that policy and scamming people.

          We ordered a coffee table from Flipkart on 9 Jan 2022 and was delivered on 17 Jan 2022 and on the same day complaint was made to the engineer who came to install as well as to flipkart on the very same day just after installation and scratches were found on the table was there were finishing defects and seemed very old . The cost was rupees 3695 . The Engineer who installed tried to cover the cratches with a marker despite we refused to . The return complaint was made 4 times and still ignored and cancelled every single time . This wasn't at all a professional reply from Flipkart . The experience from Flipkart was truly trash and I want this product to be replaced as soon as possible .

                      I booked a flight for Mumbai to Dubai EK505.but I couldn't board the flight due to my Rapid PCR test turned positive.
                      Now, I requested for reschedule my flight, which flipkart couldn't do it. Then I requested for cancellation and refund for my flight, they promise for refund within 8 days. But that even flipkart couldn't do it or response till yet.

                        I have placed an Grocery order num, : OD[protected] on 17 January 2022, and my account has been debited Rs 806/- for this order. The order was to be received by 21 Jan but now even after 3 weeks i have not received my order. I have called their customer care team but of no use they just kept changing my delivery date, first when i called on 22 Jan they said I will get on 27 Jan and later when i called they told 1 Feb, again afterwards they said 3 Feb and later 5 Feb like this they are just pushing the date but not giving me correct delivery date.

                          I've a flipkart account with a mobile number but few months ago i lost my mobile phone.

                          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                I am facing issue with bulk orders I am doing from Flipkart grocery. Delivery boy is not willing to deliver the items as he cannot deliver it using his two wheeler. He argued with me and my dad and spoke very rudely. I faced this issue with my last two orders. I didn't ordered anything from Flipkart since this issue. I don't want to get to argument with anyone and don't want to get scolded by anyone like this.

                                    My order (OD[protected] was not delivered but the status shows delivered. Delivery person admitted that he gave the parcel to his friend who lost it somewhere and he will find it soon and get it back. He is not responding after this he didn't deliver it later on given time. Customer care says to wait 😰 Im being harassed mentally. I have recorded all conversations with the delivery guy. Please help me file a case.

                                      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 262406 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 262406 about 3 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah.

                                        My Flipkart account was blocked on 4th Feb 2022 without any prior notice by the company and also they didn't gave any reason about the same. I had about Rs.2600 in my Flipkart Wallet which was unused.
                                        I even tried reaching the customer support with my issue and they told me to wait till 6th Feb 2022 and my problem will be resolved. But still I'm waiting for my problem to get resolved. Today i.e., 6th Feb 2022 when I called the Customer Support again then they asked me that they will put the call on hold for 1 minute to get the information regarding my issue but then after almost waiting for 10 minutes on hold they cut the call.

                                        I request renewal of my account and need the reason of this pathetic behavior of the customer support. Also, I would request the forum to help me get a compensation from the Flipkart because of the problem that I have faced. The company blocked my account without any prior notice or giving any reason which highly unfair.
