[Resolved] Flipkart — Delay in refund and no update after order cancellation | |||
Order id:OD[protected]Television) I have placed an order on May30 and due to product manufacture defect, technician placed for replacement on the next day. The item which is supposed to be picked up and get replaced is delayed for one month. I have wrote to customer support team and CEO office for some update, and received a call asking as there is uncertainty in product deliveries, I can cancel the order and refund will be initiated within 48 business hours. received an email confirmation on the same but I don't see any update after the cancellation yet. Trying to follow up but no any response. The Item pickup Is also not done yet and I am requesting for refund of the amount which is inclusive of extended warranty as well. The incident raised on this cancelation and refund is :IN[protected] Been trying to follow up from ore than a month in these hard time and waited, expecting the resolution at least now asap.
