Flipkart — Delay in the product return/replacement

Hello Team.

I have ordered the water filter from flipkart on 10th April 2026 the product came on 11th April as promised however the product delivered was found to be defective so I have requested them for the return.
It's been more than 10 days it's been put on hold and when I am calling them for the assistance they just keep moving the date.

Since it's summer season and we are without pure water since 10th April 2026.
It's been a horrible and painful experience from the flipkart so I humbly request the team to take the strict possible action.
