Flipkart — "delayed delivery of order beyond promised date by flipkart"

I placed an order for a pair of shoes on Flipkart
(Order ID:[OD[protected]]) on [ 29th September ]. At the time of placing the order, Flipkart provided an estimated delivery date of 7th October 2024. However, as of 8th October 2024, my order has not been delivered, and the Flipkart app now shows that the delivery is delayed, with an expected new date of 10th October 2024.

I have already waited beyond the promised delivery time, and this delay has caused inconvenience. Despite contacting customer support, there has been no resolution or explanation for this delay. I am dissatisfied with the service and would like my order delivered immediately, or appropriate compensation for the delay.

I request the authorities to take necessary action to ensure that my issue is resolved as soon as possible.
