### Issue Description

On[protected], I booked a flight ticket through the Flipkart platform and completed the payment process. Despite waiting for over five hours, I have not received any confirmation for my flight booking. This delay has caused significant concern and inconvenience, as my travel plans are dependent on this booking.

### Attempts to Resolve

I have made several attempts to resolve this issue by contacting Flipkart customer service through:
1. **Email**: Sent a detailed email to Flipkart customer service on [Date], outlining the issue and requesting an urgent resolution.
2. **Phone**: Called Flipkart customer service at [Phone Number], but did not receive a satisfactory response or resolution.

Despite these efforts, there has been no update or confirmation regarding my flight booking.

### Impact

The lack of confirmation has caused considerable stress and has jeopardized my travel plans. This experience reflects poorly on the reliability of Flipkart’s services and its customer support.

### Requested Resolution

I kindly request your assistance in:
1. **Ensuring the immediate confirmation of my flight booking** or
2. **Issuing a full refund of the amount paid** if the booking cannot be confirmed.
3. **Improving Flipkart’s customer service response time** to prevent similar issues in the future.

    I have purchased Melbon MB 4G LTE Plug and Play sim Insert WiFi Dongle. I am very much disappointed with the Product, it disconnects very frequently and slow in performance. Hence I want replacement of the device. I have asked Supplier to do a replacement with Airtel e3372h-607 Data card (White). And I am ready to pay the different amount.

      Delivery agent not picking up calls

      Flipkart delivery agent tried calling me once, and I was unreachable. I received an sms saying I was unreachable and I should him back. I tried calling over 20 times. However, He is not picking up the call. Pathetic experience. I needed the product today, Since I wouldn't be home tomorrow, but these people have no regard for us....

      So I placed a order on Jul 02 2024, Order ID: OD[protected] for INR 190 out of which I applied gift card of INR 150. INR40 was refunded same day but I haven't got the Gift Card balance till now and customer support is constantly lying to me. After contacting again and again they forward my issue to their upper team. Incident number: IN[protected] On July 08, 2024 they asked me screenshot of the proof (Attached Screenshot) that I haven't got the refund. I submitted the proof that my gift card balance is showing nil after 5 minutes. They resolved the issue on their end without any proper resolution on July 11 2024. After that day they call and say that I will receive the refund in 48 hours and when 48 hours are about to end they call again and tell to wait for another 48 hours. I am just fed up with Flipkart asking about my money and listening lies from support. Another incident happened when I contacted support they first listened to my issue and they she said she can't hear me and the call was 40 minutes long during which I was saying hello hello and the support just muted my call and last. I will attach that call if I am able to or I will attach the screenshot. These are the support persons who are telling lies frrom the beginning; Shubham Raj, Taslim M, Nupur Biswaman, Sonali Gurjar, Iram. I have attached all proof I have.

        Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Coffee Table

        I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order I placed on May 16, 2024, for a coffee table from the brand Allie Woods Nia Sheesham (Order ID: OD[protected]. The table was initially delivered on May 31, 2024. Unfortunately, I had to request a replacement due to cracks in the product. The replacement table was delivered on June 20, 2024, but within just five days, the same issue reoccurred, and the table now has multiple cracks.As of today, July 17, 2024, the coffee table is in a worse condition, displaying numerous cracks, which is unacceptable for a new product. According to Flipkart's policy, while there is no return option, the product is covered by a 6-month warranty from the manufacturer. Despite numerous attempts to contact the manufacturer via calls and WhatsApp messages, I have not received any serious action regarding the replacement, installation, or repair of the defective product.I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of response from both Flipkart and the manufacturer. I request that immediate action be taken to resolve this issue. I expect either a prompt replacement of the defective coffee table or a full refund.Please address this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

          Ordered Bajaja Table fan and Flipkart delivered me Havell one . Rasied the return n refund immediately and shared picture

          Its now 7 days now with now solution and all they diconnect the call / chat and send me just canned email .

          I have sent pictures again agfter 7 days of inaction and staill awaiting

            I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus case on June 22. The delivery happened on 25th but it turned out to be a 11 pro case . I raised a complaint on Flipkart and they accepted a return and assured me they will deliver the correct case. New order was placed by Flipkart on June 27th and it was delivered on July 7th which again turned out to be a wrong product of iPhone 13 mini . The cycle repeated I raised a complaint and Flipkart assured they are taking it seriously and they will deliver the case correct order this time. A new order was placed by Flipkart on 8th July . The product was delivered today i.e, 16th July . Which as you can expect turned out be the wrong case. I’m tired of Flipkart’s gimmicks . They are trying to scam me. They clearly don’t want to deliver the product which was on sale. They are doing it deliberately to avoid delivering it as they think I will eventually give up

              I ordered infinix gt 20 pro on 23-june*-2024, delivered on 24-june-2024, on delivered mobile has heating issue & hanging issues. That why i contacted flipkart for replacement but flipkart told its a 7 days service center replacement, if brand not helped means contact again we will help tol to me, i visted brand service center but they denied to service my mobile, and they given the job sheet, then contacted flipkart and uploaded that jobsheet, but still flipkart not helping

                  This is to inform you that I have ordered PROVOGUE
                  Large 35 L Laptop Backpack unisex Spacy with rain cover and reflective strip (Black).
                  I have received the damaged bag which I have requested for replacement. But again I got more defective piece.
                  Then I have requested for refund. I got the refund as "Gift Card'.
                  You are cheating the customers. How can you send defective piece twice to the same customers.
                  Not the money has to be credited to my Bank account. So I want the money to be credited in my bank account at the very earliest.

                      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the issue I am facing with the smart watch I recently purchased. The watch was delivered to me on 3rd July at 11:30 pm, and upon checking it on the morning of 4th July, I discovered that it was not functioning properly. I promptly lodged a complaint with customer care, and they advised me to visit the service center, citing the 10-day return policy.                         I was booking a flight from Lko to Bom for 4th Nov.
                        The payment was done but no booking done.
                        I was redirected to the home page and resulted in no booking done,
                        The amount was above average, and I couldn't find any suitable response from Flipkart's helpdesk.
                        This is highly disappointing.
                        If the ticket is booked, please confirm, otherwise atleast confirm the refund status so that I could look for other options.

                          I ordered the geyser on 1st july, the promised date was 3rd July and i waited till 3rd July and product didn't reached to me. i raised a complaint and i was told that it will be delivered till 5th. it got to nearest hub on 4th but still no delivery attempt was made till 5th. again another complaint was made on 5th saying it will be delivered soon and today's 7th and I'm still waiting for an update. i contacted the customer support multiple times they are saying it's logistics mistake sometimes seller mistake and they even admitted they don't have any control over their logistics whatsoever. Safer side i ordered same product on 5th and promise date was 7th. this second order is also in nearest hub since morning but still no delivery attempt is made till 2 pm. I'm waiting till 3 pm then i will raise this whole concern with consumer forum because even after being a premium plus customer i lost all hopes in Flipkart and it's customer support.

                            Due to collision of all milk together the milk has been become Deffective all.                                     This is regarding the recent purchase of two orders I made on Flipkart .

                                    Total amount was 1094
                                    Umbrella: 419
                                    Sunglasses : 675

                                    For total 1094, 500 was paid through gift card and 595 through credit card
                                    While placing the order, the information of for which product the wallet amount will be used and for which product the credit card will be used was not shown to me while placing the order

                                    Now the order for sunglasses was cancelled and refund of 675 is initiated . I am expecting 594 to be credited to my credit card and remaining 81 to gift card .

                                    However, 500 is refunded to my gift card and only 175 to my credit card without any prior intimation.
                                    Upon reaching to your team they said it cannot be reversed which is highly unacceptable .

                                    Request you to look into this issue and provide resolution as soon as possible.
