I was supposed to receive my flipkart order for OnePlus Nord CE4 lite mobile phone on 16th of May 2025, despite giving the correct location, the delivery guy left to some other location and cancelled delivery for that day. We agreed on call for the delivery to be done next day, I waited the whole day but he never came and the status changed to unsuccessful delivery without me being informed. I raised a complaint on 18th with flipkart customer care but all they are asking me to do is wait. I placed the order on 13th and don't have any phone with me for a week now . Every other day they say we'll resolve your issue in next 24hrs which is frustrating. I don't understand why the delivery was considered unsuccessful when i received a message from the ekart logistic saying that they'll deliver it on 17th . Now my order is still not out for delivery as of today 19th . They are so careless!!!
